Am going to the Derby match tomorrow and looking forward to a brilliant end of season atmosphere.
Also going to the Leeds United Player of the Year Awards and really looking forward to the 8pm slot when Mr Cellino will be giving his speech - should be fun.
Never been to one before so what can I expect?

So BmD is congratulating himself on beating 2 sides who will be relegated and one that escaped by the skin of their teeth. The fact remains his signings have been by and large awful and signed on contracts which are financially ridiculous. He is tactically inept and frequently plays players out of position ie Wickham LW & Ross RW to accommodate the prolific Hunt up front. Yes he has put up with an awful lot and he is a nice guy but we need a brilliant coach and that coach needs a winning mentality and to be an astute tactician, there are no prizes for being a nice guy.
One man who ticks all the boxes and might well be attainable and suit MC's profile as coach rather than manager is Steve Clarke who is available and has coached at the very highest level. Come on MC make that phone call.

Let's hope tommorow is Coco's last game!

Upto Rochdale he was the messiah workin with sir Neil of Sheffields team, since then he's been a very naughty boy. In a sport where loyalty and dignity long since left I think Brian must be commended. Yes Stewarts been poor and kebe worse, yes Wootton has been bad and so has zaliukas but bar Ross who hasn't? Come on he's kept close counsel during times we'll never know what's been going off. It's been a rotten season, but by and large the club is rotten with only 1 thing going for it. Us. The fans. Let's give Brian a chance to work without any hindrance or hidden politics then see how it goes. If it doesn't happen I'll gladly hold my hands up and admit error. I'm sure Mr Mcdermott will too. got to say any fan expecting promotion next season really wants to put their hand outta bed as well. Improvement commitment and effort is all I'm after next term. Then we kick on.

Can't get my head around all you who defend BMD. Beating relegated teams is one thing but they were hardly convincing and the football all season has been awful, he's tactically clueless and as for his signings, for someone who was a scout for many years his ratio this season is pants. Time for change.

I just don't think BMD has what we need! Lack of ability to motivate, lack of ability to get the best out of the players, poor tactics and inability to react to other teams. How many games have we seen a lack of response, where we needed to change shape to meet the onslaught, but no reaction! How many times have we seen players played out of position and then left out after a poor result? Whilst I get that he has been hampered by the lack of support from owners/ potential owners and financial constraints - he is the manager/coach and his boardroom is the field of play! Unfortunately he has not done his job! MC will bring in players but if he plays them out of position and fails to motivate them then we might as well look forward to mediocre to poor results! A fresh start and it needs to happen now. Good luck today and let's have em . MOT

So who is this Coco you speak of? At least have the manners to address the manager by name, you may not like the job he has done but you must at least respect the way he has held himself and the team together when yet again off field events and board room shenanigans have made a laughing stock of the club. Give the man the tools to do the job he was promised and if by Jan it doesn't look like we will be challenging then make a decision. All football fans realise that the championship is difficult to escape from when everyone can beat anyone except Leeds of course who have the divine right to beat all and sundry regardless of their league position, if we were competing for promo trains against relegation threatened teams would be hard fought brilliant wins but because of our position they are meaningless only because to suits popular agenda. I don't know if Brian Mc can take us forward but I do know for sure everyone deserves a fair crack of the whip and at least given the backing he was promised.
