According to Phil Hay after talks with Heck Radz is sticking with him for next season and presumably with Orta as well if so its going to be a long hard slog watching Leeds next season although making many mistakes Radz never learns from them so expect more second rate foreign players and half a dozen Barnsley players can't wait

Was always going to be his decision rhino. Next season will be our final period of creating financial stability as Radz pays off GFH the final tranche owed which I believe is 8.5m. Then come June 2020 we might make a push and acquire a classier manager. Our aim for next season is surely to finish as high up the bottom half of the table as we can while bringing on the youngsters another year.

Yes George it is Radz decision as all the others have been with some stinkers among them eg employing Orta, TC, riiculous badge naff players on long contracts and his obsession for these friendly games goes against all that is decent he is obviously money motivated and surrounds himself with guys who don't know what the hell they're doing it ain't about spending fortunes on players its about having a guy as manager experienced in this league or higher ho knows what players suit it I don't blame Heck for taking the job blame Radz for the whole set up the support we've shown especially this season has been amazing and deserves a damn sight better than this wheres the good? we've had the bad and the ugly change has to start from the top

Rhino It all boils down to money and love for the club. Radz is rich but he doesn't love us enough to sink a large personal fortune into LUFC. We are being run like a business. Way it should be for the most part as opposed to "living the dream" but like you say his business decisions have been questionable. Learning curve for Radz. His worst decision was probably extending Okane's contract but given Orta, Crestgate and Genocidesupportgate that was up against some pretty stiff competition. He's not a footballing man like Cellino. Next season will be the personification of mediocrity if we are lucky.

Dead right George he is not a football man and relys on others who have let him down badly justread how much each team in the championship cost to assemble Leeds 29.9 million whereas Millwall 800000 so given a manager who knows what he's doing picking his own players it can be done I ain't saying its attractive football but effective much change needs to happen at Leeds can't see this regime as it is getting it right no quick fixes i'm afraid
