Wouldnt it be great if QPR ****ed up and didn't go up? Arry the most over-rated manager in history of football! let's buy as many players as we can and hope for the best is his motto! Still pretty annoyed that we ain't brought anyone in as we have a decent team just maybe 2 short. Guarantee we are not that skint so we can't spend a million or so but owners are pure bottom line and that's it!! Who knows though? Keep it tight at the back and we won't be far away. MOT

You know what Brian McDermott might be doing a good job at the moment but I fear he has become gfhs puppet.before you start slaying me think about it, what do you think would happen if say we had harry redknapp or ian Holloway in charge would they just sit back and say its ok if I get a player I get one if I don't I don't would they hell, they would demand they show him ambition.Brian stick up for yourself you have to otherwise gfh will think its ok to just give a million pound and think that's enough its not were Leeds utd we are sick of standing still season after season we demand the men in charge take this club forward or move aside letsomeone else take us to where we want to be.Brian McDermott you need to toughen up nice man gets you nowhere apart from on the owners pocket where I fear you are right now.gfh think its ok Brian will understand of we feed him a load of crap.

What a fool u sound like ( and that's putting it polite as I am aloud) they have always stated they need to get people out before they get any in YET they have still signed four players without that happening. We have so many deadwood players that nobody wants due to inept managers and chairmen before them but they still tried to sign players on top of what us already a huge wage budget. Why don't u either go to another team because u certainly don't sound like U support leeds or go play your footy manager game where u can spend what u want. U need to live in the real world mate. Tried to be as nice and calm as possible ed sorry if it sounds harsh still but my god that trash that he's just written has really got my goat!

Do you not think that if there was people/company's with money willing to invest in leeds and spend to take us forward gfh would have sold to them already! The bottom line is there isn't any rich Arab wanting to take us over at the moment, so we need to make do with what we have whether we like it or not!

A very disgusted leeds fan at patel an co 22:35 a late offer came in for byram an was accepted but is been kept secret let's hope byram fails medical mccormack walked out of er an wouldn't talk to anyone a man with a suit on came to the front door tryed getting rossco to come back in rumours is rossco was promised b4 accepting contract that gms will sign from dundee an that byrams staying sources my own two eyes :(

It is not legal to sign a contract or offer one saying we will get someone in (GMS) as there is no way on earth you can definitely make that happen, you could offer dundee 150m pound they still have an option to say no so it cannot be written in stone. also Byram is still here. he was playing last night.

I think the whole transfer window has become a joke this summer - clubs throwing money around like its out of fashion and players seeing pound signs over loyalty! Personally I don't think we will get in anybody else but imo we have done some good business this summer!

We have a lot of pessimistic fans but we spent £1m and beat Blackburn to a great looking lad, spent a reported £300k ish on Wootton and biggest of all kept Ross! Its ok the likes of qpr and Wigan spending X amount on players but qpr did it last year on players like Remy, bosingwa, samba etc who smelt a quick buck and couldn't wait to jump ship when times were darker! Ross repeatedly said he wanted to stay and has signed a new deal which counts for more imo!

GFH said it was a 2-3 year plan so they were never going to throw loads about! We have decent owners in comparison to the last few years, an honest manager who is working hard i'm sure to improve the club and I think there are certainly positives! See where we are in January, believe in the boys and the manager!

come on guys, if we have no dosh then it makes sense to wait and see if prem clubs release some fringe players or youth, we can then snap them up for nowt. When the transfer window closes we will all know who will be going out on loan and we may pick a couple up then and hopefully lose about six :o)

Same old deadline day. Sit here hoping. Nothing happening. And not likely to. Everybody else signing and releasing players. Show some ambition for gods sake gfh! Totally soul destroying. Suppose they will leave until we are out of distance to gain promotion before the penny drops. Possible £90. 000. 000. Million lost for the sake of spending a couple now. Just as usual

With Wigan able to bid the sum of £6m for the likes of Rhodes it shows how difficult it is for McDermott to get players in with the resources he has, McCormack made a statement of us not being a selling club anymore, he's right in a way because McDermott can't give some of our players away to free up wage bill money.

£6m didn't blackburn pay £8m for him don't believe all u read

Its on tv, the point is they have money we don't.

It will be a miracle if anyone comes our way today, the only transfer business might be some players going out on loan such as White and some youth players, some senior players are likely to leave such as Norris, Diouf. Who has attracted interest from a championship side. This season McDermott is aiming for a high finish in the Championship, maybe not a promotion push because GFH wants to prepare the team and squad for the premier league maybe next season so when we get promoted we will not get hammered back into the Championship and we have depth and quality so we can have a chance of battling it out in the EPL. That is what I've heard from many people and its sort of common sense to. This January could see a couple of signings dependant on the season and how the squad is doing, whether it desperately needs flare or not. Next Summer will see vast amounts of investment and more quality and signings done. The a top of the table finish is merely expected.

Wooton was on a rolling monthly contract. Why would we pay even 250k?

Because he was under a certain age, which we have to compensate Man U for.

I heard we only paid £33000 up front for Wooton
