At the end of the day, ANY player at ANY club is up for sale. Just offer the right price and he's gone. Saying that, if I was MC and wanted to sell a club that no one wants to buy, I would sell Cook, Byram, Mowatt and Taylor. That's almost the amount he was asking for the club. Its like selling an old car for parts, probably worth more. let's pray that this rumour is exactly that, and MC isn't going down that track.
But no matter what happens at our beloved club I will support them till the day I die.

Any player in the championship would want to go to the premiership, and any club would sell if the price was right. Why would you want to stop them, loss to club but its young lads careers and if you refuse to sell when they want to go it affects their game. If the money is used properly I have no problem with it.

Lets face it, all players have a price. Messi, 800K pw and god only knows how much the transfer fee could be.
I hope MC is only trying to invite a bidding war to get as much as possible and a certain precentage will go back to investing in the team.

Are you off your head, Bates is the real reason why we are in this mess. Cellino is mad and does struggle with the concept of tax but next to Bates he is like Mother Theresa and the Dhali Lama by comparison.
Bates set up the club to be fu£3d for a generation, effectively pimping us to gfh who would happily liquidise the assett if they needed to.
Massimo is many things but he is no Bates.

The midfield three is key. Plenty of pace and energy will help us control that area.
The two in behind Wood to support midfield when opposition have the ball but support Wood when attacking. Cook, along with fullbacks also have license to bomb forward at opportune moments, leaving both Bridcutt and Adeyemi protecting the back.
I think I am getting obsessed with formations as you could easily call it a 4-2-3-1 lineup.
Either way, we need to shore up the center of the park imo.

I won't be walking out at 17 minutes on Saturday. Right time to draw a line, with so much neg press going on (some of it our fault but a lot of it blown out of proportion) , i'm talking about the ban, SB contract, Pie Tax, Mirror saying all our squad is for sale so says a contact at another club, the sale of club to fans group, parking gate etc etc etc, then if we all get caught up in this then I believe we will just p oursells off.
THe aim of the press we know is to de-stable us even more and even if we do give them enough ammo for this (we are such an easy target) the fact is Leeds sells news so let's all blow it up to something it isn't.
I'm not defending MC, I'm defending my club (it is different) cause it seems to me everyone wants to believe the worst about us in every situation (car park gate, everyplayer for sale? really no story in my opinion) .
I'm just getting pis off that a lot of fans are being so neg and that only leads to us being crap (or crapper) on the pitch!
As one of my fav bands in the 90's was called POP Will EAT ITSELF, we will do the same if we always always believe the worst in every little story that comes out.
AT the moment MC is here, if we can find someone else with money to buy us then great, get them in but in the meantime I want to support the team, which as he puts any money in for new players, means I want to support him in doing this, cause if we don't add some quality to squad we may well be looking at a 18 -19th finish as the table doesn't lie at this stage.

After 40 years of attending Elland Road I'm done. And really everyone should consider the behaviour of our Chairman and our long term future. He's going to be banned again, apparently going to sell the squad, ridiculous surcharge on South Stand, appoints and removes coaches on a whim, stops and reinstates away trips I could go on.
So ask yourself what hope we have with this man, sometimes you need to get to the bottom before you can come back up.
I love my club, will do till I die, I can't choose its only Leeds, were without hope, as a fan this is a dreadful place to be.
So with regret I've decided not to be a part of this ongoing debacle and not continue to be treated with total and utter contempt by our Chairman.
