Rumour has it NW wanted Clayton to stay, all the wage demands had been met and everyone was happy. However NW told Clayton there is no way any player on my team is pulling their socks above their knees let alone turn their collars up to play, he refuses and moves to cleckhudersfax. Clayton takes his town shirt to his nanas and she starches the collar ready for Saturday, by fluke Clayton scores, he runs to NW slides on his knees puts his arms out and shouts to NW "look at my collars, look at my collars " hoping to wind him up.

If you watch the highlights you can lip read NW saying "you big ponse, come any closer and I will ram that collar where the sun don't shine now do one you dog...." and then the tv camera cuts away to Claytons team mate who's asking him if his nana will starch his collar for next weekend...

Rumour has it Adam Clayton talks some right tosh. Have you seen his article for a website - I'm suprised the Huddersfield Chairman and Grayson can't sit down with Adams head in the way (if you get my drift ;))

Just been on OS there are about 1000 tickets left for Chelsea game, could be a great night, shame South Stand lower gonna be empty!

Ketlufc {Ed013's Note - Why is south stand lower empty?}

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Been agreed with the police for security reasons, Chelsea originally allocated 5000 but changed to 3000.

Ketlufc {Ed013's Note - I was told that they are being housed in the West Stand unless it has changed}

Agree1 Disagree0

Yes they are in west stand but I think originally would have been south because of bigger allocation for cup but Leeds didn't want to pay for extra policing so its empty

Ketlufc

There is only two Chelsea Managers until Christmas !!

Chelsea played well in there last game but are struggling to score at the moment . i think we will win by 1 goal or get thrashed depends how hungry the players are that Chelsea put out but either way will be an exciting game .my prediction leeds 2-1 chelsea

Agree6 Disagree2

Chelsea won't put stars out they'll play there rubbishters for match practice ie. torres haha!

Fernando.... FERNANDOOOOO...
Cost more than Becchio... and scores less goals!! MOT

Agree3 Disagree0

True mate but you have to remember he plays premiership football Becchio plays championchip football.

Agree2 Disagree8

Very true but becchio was under £1m and torres was £50 and look at the goal tally for the clubs. who got a better deal? chelsea are nearly an un-managable team roman abromovic has axed everyone! soon he'll have no choice other than to appoint mark hughes to push them to mid-table democracy then relegation ha!

Agree4 Disagree2

Soon you will be no more than 6 Feet away from a former chelski manager! The way Abramovich gets through them!KEA

Agree1 Disagree0

We got bechio for nothing didnt we ? sure we got him on trial {Ed013's Note - Correct, he was previously at a Spanish club called Merida}

Agree1 Disagree0

I would like to see varney given a life time ban from Leeds united... The 3 match ban he has just served seems to have given us the lift we needed!
MOT

Believable17 Unbelievable4

You never know he might all of a sudden be playing well like everyone else but cant see him getting a place in the starting 11 anytime soon but warnock doesnt think varney was at fault so he will be in or around the sub bench

Agree6 Disagree0

I don't want him in or anywhere near the club. apart from huddersfield they can have him and rachubka cos it will be funny :) MOT!

Agree6 Disagree4

Don't forget we need Varney, He's the new snodgrass, which we are led to believe. Now thats one of the most hilarious things i have ever heard in my life. The only thing thats not so funny, is watching him play, it almost makes you want to cry.
SGT WARNOCKS BARMY ARMY!!!

Agree1 Disagree2

Come on lads give the bloke a break, he was playing well upto the red card and it was very harsh at best, since the takeover weve looked much better, Becchio actually looks back to his old self when it comes to work rate, he scored goals but his performances were shoddy at best up until after the takeover

Agree9 Disagree0

Varney is horrendous, don't know how he made it as a proffesional footballer, not fit to wear the shirt, waste of space. end of

Agree0 Disagree3

Not end of at all , as said before, give the bloke a chance, same with rogers

Agree3 Disagree0

I doubt they will pay £50 mil for the club.

Believable0 Unbelievable12

DOH! They [gfh] have ALREADY paid £52 for the club. They [gfh again] own Leeds. Your post is in something of a timewarp!

Agree6 Disagree1

OP here. This wasn't a fresh post this was in answer to the personic post that we were putting a £50 mil bid for some player (cant remember who it was and the post seems to have disappeared). Ed - did you delete a post or is the recent Leeds success sending me crazy.

Also to 1st reply - GFH have not yet bought the club, they have agreed to purchase it and have paid an amount to keep us going. They will be taking over ownership on approx 21st Dec. They also haven't stated how much they are paying, the values being knocked about are speculation. You obviously are in a time warp if GFH already own the club and you know the exact sale value. What are next Saturdays lottery numbers numbers pal I could do with a few quid for xmas. {Ed013's Note - I deleted a Neymar post as it was causing a lot of abuse, although it was in the banter section!}

A realistic "What i'd like to see in January"

IN'S

Thomas - Make Permanent
Tate - Make Permanent
Diouf - Make Permanent
Tonge - Extension
Bent - On loan til end of season, sign permanent if promoted
Malouda - On loan til end of season, sign permanent if promoted
Boyd - Sign on 1 year contract

OUT's

Rachubka (Do i need to say anything?)
Gray (Too old and keeps the ench warm for a fee)
Rogers (Not impressing at Tranmere... What chance has he really got with Leeds?)
Kisnorbo (I like the guy, but he's not doing a great deal... Let him have a fresh new start elsewhere to help out his career)

Roundhay White

Believable6 Unbelievable5

Dont think Bent would be realisitc, im sure other PL clubs would be after him

Agree13 Disagree2

Is this the same Rogers that is at Stevenage.......MOT

Agree12 Disagree0

If we look to sign the loan players I really dont think we will have room in the squad for the number of players ppl want to sign. If we sign tonge and tate, thats CM and defence covered. Then Hall / Thomas / ? for the wing, and an impact striker along with diouf and we have plenty of options and compititions for places.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeh, like Liverpool and QPR. Malouda would have no intention of dropping to the championship either. get a grip!

Agree3 Disagree5

Mehh, Stevenage/Tranmere/Huddersfield Town... Same thing ;) lol

I don't think we need to bring more than 3 players in to challenge for promotion in January.
I think its time for White to be sold especially if we can get anywhere near 1 mil as that could get us someone twice as good for Lb.

i would sell rachubka for £1 just to get rid.
Time for kisnorbo to move on he isnt getting a look in even though he does get on the bench every now and then .been very unlucky really but couldn't get his form back since injury.
Even though Brown is playing quite well i would sell him .
The removal of these 3 players should give us enough towards bringing in prem quality midfielder or sign up the players we have on loan .

Sell Rogers and Gray and bring in Wright-Philips for the RW . played at the very top and has lots of pace.

obviously need money to get quality but we need to get rid of these players even if its just to be fair to the players.who wants to sit on the sidelines all there career

Believable14 Unbelievable1

Who on this planet would pay £1m for rachubka!

Agree0 Disagree5

He said £1

Agree4 Disagree0

Oh my bad in that case farsley celtic might want him but they would have to negotiate to 75p to get there moneys worth out of him ;)

Agree1 Disagree0

03 Dec 2012 23:49:46
Frank Lampard for free when we return to prem?? Most of the big european teams have ruled themselves out, so we've got a chance. Would be a good aquistion for first season or two back up.

Believable5 Unbelievable22

Dont know what the disagrees are about. He's still a qulity player in his own right. I'd have him at Leeds.

Agree7 Disagree10

Its one thing wanting him but its another thing been able to afford him

Agree14 Disagree0

The disagrees are because he will go to his uncle Harry and play for him. Oh, and the fact that we wouldn't be anle to afford his wages

Agree13 Disagree0

The disagrees are realistic fans not dreamers

Agree8 Disagree0

Wash your mouth out son! {Ed013's Note - Go get your fathers gun?}

Agree1 Disagree0

And shoot the chelsea s**m

Agree0 Disagree0

Havent we had enough of chelsea at leeds ie last 8 years

at the end of the season when we r up in prem, what about david moyes as manage with 30 million to spend we stay up no probs mot

Believable13 Unbelievable4

If we get up then NW deserves a decent crack of the whip. Not like qpr sacking him when they were mid table( lol look at them now) Im sure he would like a chance of taking a team into europe.

Agree8 Disagree2

As long as Neil gets his targets and is backed with the right Money, we should (touch wood) be in good hands!

Agree3 Disagree0

04 Dec 2012 12:43:40
i think if warnock gets us promoted he will retire as it means he will be remembered for it rather than 1 last season in prem league going wrong .
end on an high or with a sacking .

Agree5 Disagree0

Why would he leave Everton to a less attractive job?

Agree1 Disagree4

Less attractive job, you're avin a laugh, the sleeping giant has awoken, they will be queueing up to take over from neil, but i personally would like him to stay

Agree2 Disagree1

I admire your loyalty, but we have a long way to go to rebuild our reputation, and attitudes like that make us a laughing stock to the rest of the league.

Agree1 Disagree5

Attitudes like yours we dont need ,don't patronise me sunshine, i've supported LEEDS for 46 years, this is a massive club and once we are back in the prem being our manager WILL be a very attractive job

Agree5 Disagree0

Hahaa im with you son im very optimistic if we can have a good month and wrap up some deals in jan. and all fans like to say there going up and **** so we are no laughing stock mate dont patronisee people. WE ARE LEEDS ! MOT!

Agree3 Disagree0

Doesn't matter how long you supported Leeds pal 40 years ago we were a massive club things have changed a lot. people say some one like Darren Bent is out of our league . do you think he'd be out of evertons ? if we got promoted and did a bit more than survive in the first couple of seasons then yes but until then get a reality check please

Agree1 Disagree1

Thank you. wait til we win another trophy before you start crowing about how much of a massive club it is. for now, just support the team as it is, a decent second division side.

Agree0 Disagree2

I'll support LEEDS UTD as i wish to , with passion for this massive club.

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm not discouraging passion pal but are you stuck in a time warp or something? 46 years a long time ago . 40 years ago we were as big as it gets but until we get back amongst top 4 or 5 in prem we have a massive passionate support ...but to say right now we are as big as everton is a joke mate .....sorry to say it

Agree0 Disagree0

Ps . please make a valid point other than "46 years" ago to your argument and id be happy to listen
