We all need to remember that Mervyn (The Swerve) Day as Chief Scout should be bringing potential transfers to the table at the moment. We have restructured the club recently and need to give it some time, especially since we will only know of transfers when they happen.
I suspect that anyone who Grayson has named and said we are interested in are red herrings.
Hopefully, (though I doubt it) with the exception of Smith and Woodgate. Bring home the Family Jewels

anyone bitching about Lonergan... before last year he was rated as one of the best in the division, as were a few more Preston players, and won their player of the year two years on the trot. just saying.

Believable3 Unbelievable1

And last year i had hair this year Im bald - ps football fans live our lives in seasons not years. that Preston keeper is not good. grayson needs to buck his ideas up

Agree1 Disagree3

So your logic; Steven Gerrard is not a good player because he had one poor SEASON last. shut up and wait til you see him play before judging.

Believable11 Unbelievable1

I agree mate, knowing bates and grayson it wil be 4-5 s**te loan signings
Leeds have no vision or purpose to get back into the top flight, mid table is what they are happy with
i truly hope i am wrong, prove me wrong Masterbates

Agree3 Disagree3

As long a bates is happy on his new yot aye...

Dream 5 Signings
Lichaj - about 500,000
Kirkland - Loan to Perm Deal
Reo-Coker - Free
Upson - Free
Spector - Free

Now that would sort our team right out

I agree but hello, wages.

reeds utd fans are very deluded if they think Norwich city will sell them Andrew Surman for £1mil, he's worth 5 times more than Snoddy. get it into your heads, No 1st team player will be leaving Norwich in the summer to any tinpot team like Leeds

Believable1 Unbelievable15

Give your head a shake pecker

Agree11 Disagree1

First of heard of this Surman rumour, yeah probably worth more than 1m but come on buddy were not "Tin Pot" i'm not getting ionto the "My clubs bigger than you club" crap but lets just say you stay in your team forum and we'll stay in ours. P.S. Stick to farming

Agree12 Disagree1

..... and also mate i think getting promoted has gone to your head a bit lets see how you feel come the end of the season shall we?

Agree9 Disagree0

Leeds fan, living in Norwich. I have seen Surman play a few times, and NOT in the same league as Snoddy I am afraid. Good hard worker (when not injured) but has not pot the ability & class of Snoddy. There will be NO further transfers between the 2 clubs.

Agree8 Disagree0

The only tinpot pal is the one your co-owner, Delia Smith cooks in. In her own words "come on let be avin you". Get back in the real world pal.

Agree11 Disagree0

Can you take the carrots out your mouth old lad as we can't understand a word you're saying. second thoughts we don't care. stick to your own site and you're welcome to Johnson he's about your standard

Agree10 Disagree1

And your standard is Lower league football, Face up to it plebs, it took us one attempt to get out of the tin pot league how many sesons were you there? what league are you in now, ? Oh yes still in the Chumpionship, we will be in the premier league come may and a few clubs will be just as shocked as Leeds were when we played you {Ed015's Note - one thing norwich fans are forgetting is that you dont have the finance problems that Leeds have}

Agree1 Disagree10

Shame, perhaps they should get a reliable trustworthy chairman then

Agree3 Disagree4

Obviously some one with nothing better than to wind up other fans, get back to your xbox and box of tissues mate and come back on your at the end of next season.

Agree10 Disagree1

FAO the sad Norwich fan. Don't come on here calling Leeds a tin pot club when Norwich don't even have their own rumour page Do one.

MOT

Norwich are going down. Simple.

It must be horrible to be jealous,

I thought everybody apart from SG thinks Nunez deserves an extended run in the 1st eleven. Then again SG thinks Paynter is quality and Somma warms the bench It is a game of opinions. SG has his most everyone else thinks something different. Hope he is a true prophet and earns his cash or we're in for a troubled season.

Believable1 Unbelievable2

Small club, When was the last time you filled your little mouse hole of a stadium ? can't get enough fans to come and watch the tripe you lot play, Lets face it plebs the only good thing about Leeds is the Road out. Enjoy your tinpot league next season LMFAO your not famous any more {Ed015's Note - obviously havent been to elland road much for the past few seasons, no more arguing tho }

Agree1 Disagree4

You must be very bored.............

Looking forward this week for the new signings

Get some quality players in please Mr Bates And Mr Grayson

I think this season will be tougher than last years

We need a good start

Believable8 Unbelievable1

One thing everyone can be sure of, is Leeds will be in the lower leagues for many years to come as long as you have Master Bates

Agree3 Disagree5

Where is all the great new signings mr bates ?
i expect them all to be in, in the next few days
or we will be the laughing stock

Agree4 Disagree1

Any one who believes that Leeds will make a big signing in the next few days should go and bang your head on a wall. Bates won't be spending anything at all

Leeds United manager Simon Grayson expects key duo Robert Snodgrass and Max Gradel to remain at the club this summer.

Speculation has surfaced that both players could leave Elland Road during the transfer window after impressing for the Whites last season.

Their departures would strike a blow to the Yorkshire club following the exits of regulars Neil Kilkennyand Bradley Johnson and goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel's move to Leicester.
The club rejected an offer for Snodgrass from promoted Norwich last month, while Gradel is reportedly a target of Premier League sides West Ham and Fulham.
Ivorian winger Gradel, who scored 18 Championship goals last term, is out of contract with Leeds in 12 months' time, while fellow forward Snodgrass has two years remaining on his deal.

Grayson has moved to allay fears over the pair's future, insisting they are both central to his plans for the forthcoming campaign.

Asked if he was confident of keeping them at the club, he told the Yorkshire Evening Post: "Definitely. All our work will be done around the players we've got.

"Obviously if somebody offers money that you think is too good to turn down then we'd go out and replace them.

"It's not like any money that comes in will be left in the bank - we'll be going out to spend it straight away.

"But I'm envisaging that both players and every other player at the club will still be here at the start of the season."

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Why does he never sound convincing when it comes to keeping players? always saying he will sell for "silly money"... no wonder players see out their contracts, they're made to feel like they're replaceable.

Agree2 Disagree1

£8 mil for Snoddgrass, your having a laugh, £2mil is all he's worth, no manager in his right mind will spend more than £2mil on him, look how good your Beckford has (not) done

Agree0 Disagree4

I agree beckford has taken his time to come good for Everton, but some of the goals he has scored have been great. He took a while to settle at least (nearly two years i believe) so give it time. As for Snograss well he's worth a little more than 2 Million i'd say 4-5 but they stick the big 8 there so that it warns teams off. Also mate you acn't judge snodgrass' potential impact on the premier league based on Beckfords efforts, its just impossible to do that genius

Agree3 Disagree1

I love the fact it says 'Premier League sides West Ham and Fulham' West ham are in the championship this season. Good old Sky Sports
