New away strip has been released and available on the Adidas mobile app. Dark Green and blue stripes with gold Adidas stripes. I think its nicer than the home one myself but I think the burgundy one will be even better.

I really liked the grey 1 last season, I know different makers, but I'm a traditionalist so why isn't our away shirt yellow.

Track jacket is a thing of beauty, only let down by the lack of the Adidas originals badge. I also like the Tshirts with Adidas written in a box on the front and LEEDS UNITED written up the back.

I know Rodrigo de Paul would rather have Champions League football this year with Juventus. but worth noting, he’s got no guarantee of being a marquee week in week out player at Juve, they’ve not made an offer for him. and he was left out of the Udinese side last night.
Excellent option if can land him as King Pablo likely to be increasingly a creative second half sub now he’s 35.
Need the goalie thing sorted out as Meslier still needs a year or two and Kiko is still a bit “cupped up”. Wilson Alsomaybe an add. not so worried. icing would be another out and out high percentage striker.
Shame the Nations League is in the middle of last Two weeks preparation.

Like I say the keeper and defence touch ball more these days so it's hard to see what any new forwards are like but not many teams have 20+ goal scorers in in prem Bielsa likes work rate that's probably why we he didn't go for Ezzi he's cracker him but IAM surely we could have carried him tho any way we move ONNNNN MOT.

To fair to Rodders he did ok it's very hard to get int game as a forward when teams play tippy tappy football now days but he works hard MOT we need 2 or 3 more players tho.

Still intrigued about Bielsa and his contract. Obviously not just about him getting around to sign it!
I think the issue for us with Bielsa is that his age, distance from home and history of short stays with clubs fitted our goal of getting out of the championship but doesn't work as well with survival in the Premiership
How many more years will he stay, contract or no contract, 1 more, 2 at a pinch?
So the key to our medium term survival and growth in the premiership will not be Bielsa but who comes after him and how he builds on the Bielsa legacy. Bielsas job goes from winning promotion to securing premiership status, which in itself is hardly a Bielsa type challenge.

I think his decision to only sign a one year contract is the way he wants to do it, don’t think it’s money nor anything personal to our club. Maybe his past history of contracts has taught him to do it this and this way only. Who are we to argue with the maestro. I think so long as he is happy here and continues to elevate the club he’ll continue for a while longer.
