Classic Kinnear, another car crash interview where apparently the recent woes are a good majority of the fans fault . That's right Kiko dropping + fresh air grabbing + paddys misses etc are all due to fans not backing the players . Sounds about right Angus!

CC Total unprintable word Snake Nag Ruin is.

He’s wrong, yes, but some fans aren’t helping. Prime example would be the doylem who tweeted Kev, asking him to break Bambam’s legs in training. We have some truly disgraceful “supporters “.

Ah come on bright, it's meant to be a joke man, No person would ever advocate breaking someone else's legs.

Good job I wasn't the interviewer for Snake Nag Ruin otherwise subjects for discussion may have been steered toward the Garden of Eden and winning races with the finishing line only accessible via a closed and locked door.

It’s a pretty carp joke when both are pinned in it, and Bam’s confidence is shot tho!

06 Feb 2020 13:22:04
And why would his confidence be shot bright? Rhetorical question alert!

Bright bam bam confidence was shot long before he became a Leeds Utd player, that’s why he was sold, some managers can see that unfortunately Leeds Utd can’t.

07 Feb 2020 09:59:18
It’s a fair point Chris. Who can say at what point it started going wrong. When he was younger, he was one of the most sought after strikers in the country. What changed? Would love to have an insight to his performance in training. Is he banging them in during practice? Is he hitting the target? Only MB and the team know. 🤔🤔🤔.

I was thinking today as I stood in the kitchen mashing my sprouts (not a euphemism) what if Bielsa dropped Bamford, Alioski and Kiko then replaced them with Big Kev, Poveda and Messlier for the next 2 games and we got exactly the same results as the Wigan one, who or what are we going to blame then? Just sayin.

{Ed047's Note - I’m blaming Axe on tour, it was after he tried to convince me that you’d tried to lose against us in the cup, because you had bigger fish to fry in the league, that it’s all gone wrong. 🤷‍♂️

05 Feb 2020 21:11:34
Nah Axe is a good lad 😊. let's blame Arteta or that world class manager and authority on football Ian Wright.

Ed- a bit of revisionist history on your part - think you'll find the genesis of our current malaise was rather earlier, being the second half collapse at home against Baadiff.

{Ed047's Note - yes mate I know, it was said in jest as Axe, from his hot tub, was all for that crazy notion. 🤣

He appears to have disappeared too, Axe that is.

If you looked at another club, any club and they were top of the league around Christmas time, 3 years in a row and repeatedly failed to win promotion.

The owner sold the best players at every opportunity and failed to invest properly to strengthen the side.

A club where even the dog in the street could see what was needed.
What would you think? You would think that owner has failed his club.

While I am Leeds to the bone, if we fall away, Orta should be removed with immediate effect. Bielsa will go alongside the better players, those who are able to play at a higher level.

Rads for me should also be on his way, he will have have blown 3 great chances. He will have betrayed the fans trust and loyalty.

He should appreciate the upset of the people who support our great club, so he fully understands how he has betrayed them by not re investing some of the funds he has made on transfers.

Leeds1970 fully agreed . it amazes me that there are still some people that think Radz is doing a good/ decent job . when in reality he is asset stripping, making money, saving money with his gamble that Bielsa can get Leeds promoted on threadbare squadm

Really hope Radz sells up in the summer but with Radz proclamation off a 5 year plan . will he stay 2 more years?

And was there ever any serious intent from PSG, Qatar, UAE, USA to buy the club last year, this year or is that all more bs spin from Radz?

No surprise to hear I also feel the same now is it boys? 😂😂😂
Thing is and it's really quiet clear to see, the Brand Leeds Utd is performing very very well, although some will tell you it's not, ya right .
The team Leeds Utd however are the drain on the brand, the team needs upkeeping which he has to do but very very begrudgingly and with as little expense as possible .

He's a shrewd man obviously you don't amass a fortune being a clown, so that's the conundrum in my eyes

Brand v team and I think I know which 1 Andrea much prefers.

Reading some good posts, really enjoyed the jokes yesterday 👍.

Just on Roofey's comments from his interview with that wooden ars*hole Jim ' I know nowt about football' White. Roofey reckons we're doing alright and has a good feeling LEEDS will get promoted.

Getting to my point I agree with comments on where Radz has failed to improve the squad where it's weak. ST, MF, CB, and GK. These were so smack in your face obvious need to sort before season began and in January. Nothing has changed.

Other teams below are gaining on us at a gallop thankfully Brom have also been in poor form.

If we don't go up again from having a good first half of the season and kicking on Radz has to explain this truthfully. Not through smoke and mirror excuses and an Amazon prime series season review of how it all went wrong again. Made me feel depressed 🤬.

IBilko it is the same deja vu mistakes as last season

And
It will be the same deja vu smoke and mirror excuses from Radz

Only a very slim chance of Leeds finishing in the top 2 now, but I will be praying for good fortune in the likely play off games. we must go up.

Tbe FA fit for purpose?

The FA charged Kiko on tne 4th November on an alleged incident in September.

Is this the longest procrastinated FA disciplinary hearing in history?

. as it has been over 3 months since the FA charge and still the FA claim they have no idea when they will set Kiko's personal hearing. How can that be?

If this happened in the work place of most employers I expect disciplinary proceedings to be urgently concluded in a matter of days or weeks not months ( or year)

Indeed Bright .

Some conspiracy theorists might say it is a deliberate ploy by the Leeds hating FA to unsettle the player and the club with his reputation at stake and all tne endless uncertainty of a never ending final decision let alone even having his personal hearing

The FAs endless ( seemingly some might say deliberate) procrastination of this disciplinaty proceedings brings the FA and the game into serious disrepute

. the FA . a professional competent, unbiased, non discriminaory organisation?

I wish Bielsa would rest / drop Kiko due to his loss of form and until this FA matter is finalised .

Meslier should be our first team goalie.

05 Feb 2020 11:35:40
My issue isn't with Bielsas tactics . We know we create enough chances to win 2 games every game . We have a keeper who can't keep goals out and a striker who can't put chances away and that's a bad combination.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

05 Feb 2020 12:19:38
Exactly y thoughts. Meslier and Kev in this weekend but I doubt it'll happen.

Meslier, Ayling, White, Cooper, Alioski, Klich, Costa, Roberts, Hernandez, Harrison, Augustin would be a great team imo.

Usual suspects to start, same forward, same keeper, same result!

Agree0 Disagree0

05 Feb 2020 13:56:45
Totally agree Mighty . especially Kiko be simply must be dropped for Meslier

. doubt it will happen though which is why I am no longer such a big fan of Bielsa as he is making crucial mistakes in not dropping underperforming players

Oh yeah and can the team/ squad please give 100% determination and concentration to get their shots ON TARGET . make the goalkeeper have to save . goals can readily come from keeper parrying to a Leeds player . they don't come from he ball ending up in Row Z.

Think we might start assessing what type of fans post on here. Blind optimist, realist, pragmatist, ones that will here not a bad word said, ones that will assess each matter on its merits. Those with false optimism and those downright pessimistic.
What category does everyone fall in to.

For me I think I can see the faults and weaknesses also the strengths which are many.
Hope for the best and prepare for the worst is probably the best approach as it is about the easiest way to get over disappointment.
For this season, we appear to be on a slippery slope again, can we turn it around?
Fatigue, energy levels and squad depth are big concerns.

Think i am a Pragmatist. I say things as i see them. Will give praise but also highlight mistakes or shortcomings.
We are a better team, play better, than three years ago but have not progressed much from last season. Problems have not been fixed, problems that were evident to every one. We only defend for about 15 minutes a game and let goals in. We are on the ball for 60 minutes or more a game and have numerous chances but we do not score much.
We started the season with one striker who can't score, big mistake. We started the season with two CBs, big mistake. Once again it seems we have a plan A and little else. We may get out of this league this season but if we do not sure it will be just the players who struggle in the PL.

I feel rads has been a success and improvement on Cellino, not sure about bringing in Orta though.
But he brought in a fantastic manager in beilsa, who has taken these players to another level imo.
We were a mid table team and hoping we could get a playoff spot, these 2 seasons and we are now thinking top 2, its been quite a ride and I am loving the possibility of promotion.
I do feel that they have made a few mistakes, mainly not improving the squad. Think if we'd have bought a top class forward pre season, we would be well clear. Think majority of us on here were and are thinking bamford not good enough, he not a great finisher and missed many chances and that has bit us up the!
Also shouldn't have sold Viera, should have 2 players for each position and
needed him as back up to Kp, think he
could have become a fantastic player.
Then saiz never replaced for me, need that creative linking player. Lastly 2 other issues, cassila is a liability and they knew that pre season and should have kept Pontus or brought in a Flynn or Ayala CB
Still hoping JKA / Poveda can have a huge part in remainder of season. MOT.

Pretty much agree with most of what you’ve posted. I did like Pontus but we don’t know what kind of effect he was having in the dressing room, on the pitch I thought he was great.
With Viera I’m not so sure, but definitely needed a more creativeness in midfield and more clinical in front of goal. But I guess you can’t have everything being a Leeds fan.
Massive improvement from where we were and confident on the outcome.

05 Feb 2020 11:00:10
Season Cellino left we were at top of table going into Jan. If he had not already agreed to sell the club to Radz sure he would have bought in the Jan window. We then went into a slump and finished with our heads in our hands. Last season was the same scenario albeit we ended in play offs but still had our head in our hands. If we get promoted then yes Radz has done well but if its going to be another season ending with our heads in our hands then i fail to see how we have improved if we are still a championship side. Improvement is going on to do bigger and better things. You can put a suit on to go do your street cleaning job but you are still a street cleaner.

Agree0 Disagree0

05 Feb 2020 11:18:52
Generally agree with you Mel but think that for all he was good on the pitch he was probably just as bad in the dressing room. Let Brentford start slipping and see what happens there. I do feel we have missed those two positions. We should have pressed the DM position in the U23S, mirroring KP so that we had a clone ready to slot in ( again that, two players for every position theme) . I would also love to see the love child of Pablo and Samu in a No. 10 role, jinking and slipping. Maybe we will next year in the Prem.

Agree0 Disagree0

05 Feb 2020 12:39:16
Leodis we had the perfect replacement in Diaz so why did we let him go. He was coming on leaps and bounds in that position for U23s then gone. Kenneh can do the job as well but a bit young yet, just called up to England U17s.
