I have just got back in from the Reebok, first of all that was a good win for the first game, we were naive at times but that will improve, excellent displays from O'Kane, Ayling, Alioski and Phillips, our keeper was very dodgy at times, he needs to command that area a lot better, Sacko was crap, what on earth has happened there I don't know! Captain Cooper looks fit and hungry, he made some great tackles and Wood another who looks extremely fit, he played well and he will get a lot more chances with Alioski and Philips around him, Pennington played well for his age and he made a good debut. All in all a good 3 points from a banana skin match, Bolton will surprise a few teams but for me 3 points more than we had at the same stage last season. I have one groan though, why oh why were so many Leeds fans singing Gary Monks name? I like the guy stood next to me were baffled, can anyone enlighten me? MOT.

Great 3 pts today although i thought keeper was a bit dodgy especially coming off his line. Pennington looked A1 and Phillips and more so OKane ran the CM area. Roofe Alioski and Hernandez all looked dangerous at certain times between them. But if we sell Wood we are effed. He will score loads more this season if fit and hopefully in a Leeds shirt otherwise forget about it. Lastly well done Liam Cooper. Best player on pitch and a proper captain. i'd hate for Cooper to become another Tom Lees. Get shoved out of ER and move on and become a proper solid CB elsewhere. However its always been the case that certain Leeds fans love to get on a particular players back. But as a few have said. Liam Cooper tries his best 100% and is a proper leader which is what we need seeing the club captain is not worthy of a place on the bench.

A good start and focuses on the need to strengthen the defence as others have stated! Hernandez made a difference, Phillips, still developing but looks strong and can score! Defended ok until effected by the injuries. We look like we will create and score more goals just need to make sure we don't concede more! Going on weds and hope we get to see a few more of the new signings. Think the recruitment should be focused this week!

Agree in part, I am however keeping my powder dry until after Fulham. Whilst I remain positive and I think we passed the ball well, not sure about the keeper and will need to see where we are with the injuries and who else comes in. I will also be interested to see how TC rotates the team. Dallas, Pontus and vierra all rested / suspended today. It is certainly set to be interesting and I am quite pleased that we can keep the opposition guessing as far as who we will play 👍MOT

Over the moon with 3 points away from home. Played really well in 1st half only for them to score from a corner. 2nd half it was to be expected for them too come at us being st home and try get something out off the game. Losing 2defenders through injury didn't help and put ourselves under pressure when giving away a needless penalty. Hit the woodwork 3 times aswell. So could off had a few more. I thought Pennington and coops looked solid enough at back before Pennington went off. I prob would have gave man of match to cooper or okane. Though Phillips scored 2 I feel he still gives the ball away a lot . MOT.

Morning all and good luck to the team. There has been a mixed bag of results so far. Also not many people predicting us for top 2 or top 6. So a real chance to get off to a good start and get noticed with the new boss and some new players on show. I think we will win and my head says 2-1 but I have a little voice saying 3-1 with Roofie to score first! Oh the hope, optimism as enthusiasm of a new season!
