Wigan agree fee for grant holt you can tell already there going to win the championchip. then in second qpr and I'm guessing for the playoffs Bolton Nottingham Forrest Watford and Blackburn. we with the squad we have will finish around 8th-10th place I am a true leeds fan but I still think we don't have a good enough team capible of promotion. I trust Brian and hopefully he can prove me wrong. I also think our defence isn't good enough I think we should sell perce and buy a good solid centre back or in my opinion get Richard dunne as he is free and with his experience he could get our defence working together and strong. then our defence would have two experienced premier league players dunne and warnock and two young players byram and lees.

Holt is way past his best, which was never that good. we will have a better squad than forest, watford and blackburn, and a better manager, get a grip

Just a general post after Farsley. First, Smith. Can you say a real handful? I hope we keep White. Can see him benefitting from BMd style of play. Expect him to feature more. Surely Pugh and Drury are on their way. I believe we will retain Brown because his wages are cheap and in spells he does do a job. I'd keep Norris as well. Nothing wrong with him filling up the squad. Mills or Upson, le Fondre and Mackay-Steven join we got ourselves a proper team and squad. Can you imagine if Dawson, Killock and Lenighan come good too? There's also something prophetic with this Red Bull thing. Remember we did used to play in red. A long time ago. I say do the deal and pocket the millions. Good times ahead and about time.

Hes right leeds did have a red kit once in the 1920s I believe and once or twice in the seventies look it up the kit looks horrible too

The OP is RIGHT - we did play in a red kit once - there is a video of Peter Lormier scoring a goal in the red kit

We did have a red away kit, And it was when don was hear, Never happen again though!

Blue and old old gold quarters right up to the 60s when Don wanted us to look and play like Real Madrid. Saw the great John Charles play in those colours.

I can't believe so many people didn't realise we had a red kit once upon a time. I remember seeing it on my dads Gloty Days videos. Couple of times they wore the white shirts & shorts with the red socks too I think.

I've just submitted a picture of Sniffer in the red strip so will be on the page with the pictures - think its the dodgy sightings page

I also have a photo of Sniffer in a red shirt, wasn't such a big deal then. We did also wear red sock's, hope I never see red in our strip again.

Afew rumours about that Billy Sharp is on his way to Reading, could that mean Le Fondre is out bound? Not saying I've heard it from a source or anything its Just a thought!
