Not being negative but this lad sounds like a lee hendrie . . not really what we need . . what we really need is a 'kick ass' midfielder to guard the back four a david batty/ vinnie jones / Kamara type player.

When's Paddy Kisnorbo Back? He must be spitting feathers waiting to get back in and steady the defence.
Is or midfield playing too high and leaving the defence unprotected? Do we need a defensive midfielder? (Who in the squad would be good?) Or do the current defenders need to talk to each other and work together on the pitch? Are they good enough?

We will only draw or win at Preston if we manage to score at least two. Hope Simon can conjure something up and prove me wrong.

This will be a hard game against Preston Tues evening. .
They are really getting good results and put six past us at home. .
Would like to see the defence tighten up a clean sheet would be good!
Hopefully a win but don't write Preston off can see this as a draw. . :
