Dont want ken rip of bates in charge thats why 10 k have boycotted elland rd

Believable12 Unbelievable3

10', lol look LUST keep of this page.... How the chuff have we lost 10' fans?? We haven't we haven't lost anywhere close to that.... The fact that our gate is between 20k' and 25k... In a era of double dip recession, high rate unemployment increased living cost for a second division team Leeds do remarkable. The fact that we often have a larger gate than most premiership clubs says a lot. So you want to jump on the band wagon about yesterdays attendance when you clearly already know that Rhinos was playing in the grand final....

Agree5 Disagree6

I was at Old Trafford...if United can come good at the end like the Rhinos did after a very indifferent season then that'll do for me.

Agree5 Disagree0

Ill be at elland road regardless of wether we come good or not
Why don't you stay at old Trafford with that attitude

With Bates' past history wouldn't you be checking the paperwork a few more times before telling your clients to sign? Interesting that after all this time, Bates comes out with a negative comment now. Seems like it might be drawing to an end. At least the buyers are doing things properly

Believable8 Unbelievable3

Adding additional terms and conditions of a purchase, is not the same as checking papers. The fact remains that as of last friday GFH was sending emails to potential new investors to finance the takeover. The delay has nothing to do with Ken Bates checkered history and is all down to GFH not having the capital to complete this deal. If anyone had the money, and wanted something then they would own it, its as simple as that

Agree5 Disagree8

If GFH did not have the money to complete this deal Bates would never have entered into discussions. Bates said himself that proof of funds was required BEFORE he would entertain any buyers

Agree5 Disagree1

If they didn't have the cash then bates wouldn't even talk to them, and also didn't the the club say in june that they were happy that the potential investers had the funds to do the deal,i would say[only an opinion] that the lawyers are going though everything very carefully, which is their job,and ken is getting frustrated cos he can't wait ti get his greedy little hands on the loot,if i was lucky enough to buy lufc then i would wanna make sure of every detail of the deal, cos ken would tuck anyone up if he had the chance,

Agree4 Disagree1

How can anyone agree with this response? OK, Mr inside track, tell us how you know this 'sending emails to potential new investors' detail. Problem is, people are being fed little bits of information - ALL of which they believe then they are progressing their assumptions based on the weight of their limited knowledge. Pure speculation.

Agree2 Disagree0

You can't argue with the evidence that was put out in the media that FFH as of last weeks where still trying to raise funds. Proof of funds is not the same as having the funds to conclude a deal.

What's bates up2 two wks ago he was praise on how professional gfh were and how they carry out there business,if only the uk financial services acted this way we wouldn't be in this sh.t.
Now there diligent approach to this buy out is proving a sticking point, was not going bates way I wonder if the terms of change are he goes completely and he wants to stay on in some capacity..thoughts
Kella74

Believable1 Unbelievable3

He never once criticised GFH and only spoke of there legal representatives. The two are worlds apart. Your conclusion sounds like LUST and how they put one bit of information and twist it to represent something else. Just ridiculous

cant believe this with bates butting boxes instead of investing in the team stalling with the take over fans not going as thay are fed up with paying over the ods to watch second and third string football he as made not made it easy for kids to go to elland rd as he has made the ticket prices mutch 2 exspencive for them once the few hundred familly tickets as gone u pay full prise we cant attract players as thay go to clubs like huddesfield even bristol as a 1million pound player but im just stating the obvious

Believable5 Unbelievable11

So who's gone to udders or bristol that we wanted, nobody , stop moaning and support the team

Agree8 Disagree4

Less than 23k there yesterday says it all really we got bigger crowds in league one thats propably because we had a better team back then

Agree3 Disagree20

Better team in lge one?, what an person

Agree5 Disagree2

Nah m8,you`ll find its because more and more fans are smelling the coffee now,and some of us are finally drawing a line under Ken the tight fisted b*****d Bates`s reign.i.e,The time of empty promises and the sucking of LEEDS FANS dry.......we`ll see ya when he`s f****d off.MOT

Agree11 Disagree4

We have million pound players that cost us nothing. Becchio, Lees, Byram, White and Diouf!

Agree5 Disagree3

If you look back to game against bristol rovers we had snoddy and howson on the bench and that tells you straight away that we had a much better team we all know what happened to are best players bates sold them all and replaced them with mediocre signings and then to top it of he blames them all for leaving

DONCASTER have signed former Chelsea and Leeds United midfielder Michael Woods on non-contract terms.

I wonder if he regrets leaving..............

Danny LS8

Believable15 Unbelievable1

I bet him and Tom Taiwo are both kicking themselves for leaving....

Agree13 Disagree2

Glad to hear it. They left when they shouldn't have. Hope they rot in lower league anonymity. Never understood why they both left for Chelsea. Obviously Roman was going to spend oh big name players all the time and this would keep them out of the first team yet Leeds have a strong history of promoting youth products and still do today. They could of been like smithy or Byram for example but no they ran after the money. Turned out well lol

Agree5 Disagree2

I wonder were the compo we t lol
On another note good see green on bench yesterday we are getting players back now but will they get back in the team now were playing so well?

Chorley white

Agree5 Disagree0

Got to think, our compo package was down to their appearances. so were they really just rubbish, or were they actively prevented from progressing so Chelsea wouldn't have to pay us?

MOT

Believable32 Unbelievable1

I am glad that you enjoyed the game, like you I do not get to see many, because I live abroad. A great reminder of how wonderful it is to experience elland road, I hope you enjoy many more games there. Well done to neil and the team, I sense that this year will be a good year!

Agree9 Disagree1

How did you write this then? Genuine question not a troll attempt?

Agree4 Disagree10

Good lad enjoy the atmosphere,I,m pleased u picked a winning game rather than one of the 3 drubbings last season at home on midweek nites,I.e b/pool,Barnsley,florist

Agree3 Disagree1

I love the atmosphere, I think we all do. I don't live in England but make it over maybe 2 or 3 times a season. Haven't been over since the Grayson days unfortunately due to work and financial commitments but shall be over around Xmas time. Can't wait

Crmd

Agree3 Disagree1

Same way I wrote this, speech to text !
Good going tho, there really is nothing like the atmosphere at ER, I took my girlfriend for the first time and needless to say she's now a full on leeds girl.

Agree3 Disagree2

How did I write this? Although being registered blind I do have a small amount of vision and use magnification on my PC and iPad. Having sight problem doesn't stop me from living a normal life, I.e I've been to uni, work full time, brought my own house, and most importantly support the greatest football team in the land.
