Notts, you would need Rachubka for that. He moved club recently and the reporting paper called him a "shot stopper". I believe they have opened themselves up to a law suit under the Trade Descriptions Act. Either that or they need to amend the word "stopper" for misser or facilitator.

George, spot on about Paul Rubbergloves, however I would have changed the "O" in "shot" for an "I" to get an accurate description. His first half performance against Blackpool has to be the worst I have ever seen

How he ever become a football manager and of Leeds is beyond me. I didn't mind brown but warlock was an out and out animal. He believed his own hype so long he ended up just talking garbage. I was ashamed to have him as our manager. Mind you. We've had about 4-5 like that in last few years.

sorry but no post about bad managers can go witout me shouting HOCKADAY at my screen. Warnock did achvieve things in the game and did win matches. how jokeaday got the job with his forest green record is beyond me. in fact with his orviel the duck voice, dopey grin, lack of knowledge in any area it amazed me he got any job. thousands unemlpoyed and that clown was managing leeds

Got to agree with you there Bermondsey but without doubt the biggest clown to take charge of our club was Brian Clough, should have his own Idiot trophy

clough was before my time and I always think it was such a shame, we were best team and he was best manager (for me clough was as good if not better than revie although controversial to say as leeds fan) it could of been so good and seen us lift the euro cup but instead all ended in tears and for us soon after relegation.
Think that was one of the biggest turning points in our history, the other being sacking wilkinson the third being appointing o'dreary after missing out on o'neil. Again imagine o'neil with our gifted young sqaud at that time. altough one good thing is I don't think o'neil would of signed seth johnson so we would of missed out on the wonder that was seth

Clough made it impossible to keep him on. You can't slag your fans off then slag your best players off at your first press conference. Was a good manager would have been a disaster at Leeds
