Out of the all the rumoured players we've been linked with, which 4 would you take? Even if you haven't seen them and your basing them on potential. Mine would be

1. Krhin - D Mid
2. Sala - Striker
3. Bamaba - CB
4. N'Goyi - D Mid

I'd keep Murphy for now. No doubt has underperformed but showed signs against Sunderland. Worth place on bench.

Hands down bamba would be the pick for me. I think him and cooper at the back would make a stronger defence.
When I watched him for Leicester back then I thought he,ld be a fans favourite. Just goes to show how long its been since we had a good defence.

Krhin. Sounds pedigree and will allow Cook to blossom further forward.

I coming to the conclusion that we really havnt got any body to take this club forward in a strategic way apart from cellinos money and passion I u look at bournemouth rotherham brentford etc they really do make us look micky mouse in this season they may not have the fan base or money but what yhey have got is a plan and stick to it consistancy and hard graft our club are lucky they have the best supporters in the country whos patience is starting to wear down!

Brentford and Bournemouth have spent loads of money, certainly more than we have.

Agree0 Disagree0

Prove to us that Brentford spent way more than 5 million?

Agree0 Disagree0

They spent a million each on Odubajo and MacLeod, £1.5m on Jota, £600k on Andre Gray and £800k for Scott Hogan and have just recently bid £2.5m for a player from Austria.

{Ed003's Note - The owner has also just invested £7m into FC Midtjylland in Denmark which he is majority shareholder of to push them onto Champions League ( the guy obviously has ambition)

If he owns FC Midtjylland as well, I guess we'll see another Watford and Charlton situation, where the foreign clubs buy the players and give them to the English clubs for free, which makes a complete mockery of FFP.

Speaking to some chaps in the office and they say Chris Wood may be available seeing as they are trying to sign a new striker and he quite far down in the pecking order.

Anyone has MC or Salernos number?

I work in Leicester by the way.

Get him. Good player. Would fit in perfectly.

Agree0 Disagree0

Good player but thrives on crosses though. Nuff said at this moment in time.

Is anyone else like me getting fed up with the lack of real quality we seem to be linked with. Yet again we are being linked with players that cannot get into the starting 11 of the teams that they play for.
I realise we are under a transfer embargo, however if we are going to get players in on loan let's start looking at promising young players that are with premiership teams (like Bamford at Middlesborough & Joao Carlos Teixeira at Brighton who completely run the show when we played them earlier in the season). Cellino has proved he cannot select & buy any real quality, he needs to stick with what he is good at & that is running a football team & making sure everything is right off the pitch & let the coach decide who he wants to come in, fair enough if the wages are to high for any player identified by Redfearn as being suitable then of course we shouldn't bring them in & that is where Cellino should play his part in negotiating the loan arrangement etc.

I agree mate
Groundhog bloody day
Getting on my nerves
Bates. Tight gilt
Gfh. Headless chickens
Mc. Rich but clueless
Why we have to put up with this crip?
Mc has passion. Money and good intentions but lacks the ability to ket others do their job. His insistance to be a part of day to day activity. Transfers. Selection and tactics, will quickly outweigh his positives

why say no - he's scored 2 in 5 games at Rotherham - that's as many as Sharp / Morrison have managed all season. If we don't take him he'll go back there and potentially might score the goals to keep them up and relegate us!

No
He wont

Quote Redfearn I did not pick Sloth as we had a run of good results and I wanted to keep faith with the players who were doing so well. When did that happen?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Cant believe I read that, first wants Becchio, now says that . Clueless

Agree0 Disagree0

Redders was appointed before the Cardiff game, after we lost that he won 2, drew 1 and lost one. We then got unlucky at Blackburn.

I guess that was the run he was taking about.

Shame he didn't mention the 10 points (in 4 games) obtained earlier in the year when he was in charge and Sloth was playing.

If this quote is truly attributable to him, he needs to be fired now. His statement is wrong on so many levels.

Its only a week. But still no ins or outs
Didnt redders say in dec they had identified targets? Maybe they all said no.
Dont blame them. Good chance of relegation on their cv!
Some great posts below on the total dissaray of the club. Mc needs to change his way of thinking and start employing coachs managers and players capable of doing job, even if it means selling a biggee.
