I've thought for a while that it's highly unlikely that Leeds will do little or no transfer business in January! I can't see how a new signing would be up to speed with fitness or with the way we need to play to allow them to fit straight in! Bielsa likes a lean squad with not too many players kicking their heels! He said today that he will take advice from the club but unless we have more long term injuries this side of Christmas, I can't see many changes!

If there is no investment in the squad in January it would say that Radz is no different to what has come before another owner with no ambition. Anyone can see we are competing this season but need to push on now.

It’s a fair point south, and if we don’t sign anyone of stature, then I don’t see it as a reflection on Radz, wex. Like South says, any new signing would take at least a month to six weeks to get up to speed, so barring further major injuries, it could be that there are few incomings. I won’t be holding my breath tho, because no one knows owt these days about what’s going to happen!

One good striker and one good central def is enough.
They can take a week or two learning the Bielsa way if we buy at beginning of window and not the end.
Izzy should supply plenty of threat and assists so don't think we need mid or winger.

So recovering from injury is going to suddenly improve Bamford and Aylings form Al? Ayling just looks about 1 second off the pace of the game all season.
Looking forward to seeing brown play and Berardi always gives 100%.
I just think we need a slightly better defence for when the big push comes in Feb March.

I think Orta and Bielsa is the best combination we have had in recent years for recruitment. Bielsa will be thorough like he is with everything else and clear about his opinions . He will no doubt have expressed them and have people he has seen. 1/ 2 players at most but only if the ones we want are available. I don’t think the Jan window fits Bielsas style at all, likes to be able to work with players for a lot longer.
It could also depend on what other injuries we get before new year, still got a lot of games before Jan 1st.
