Use our rumours form to send us leeds transfer rumours.

I've been supporting Leeds for over 40 years and this is the first season I can remember there being such a terrible run of bad form since Boxing day. 2 wins in 19 league games. Even when we got relegated we were better than this and you can smell something is rotten at the club and I personally think despite purchasing Elland Road, Radz leadership and decision making in who he has entrusted to player recruitment and PR is responsible. Radz, you are fired.

Macclesfield, you are 100% right, but it will take time for others to smell the coffee (even if itโ€™s bitter)

The only thing great about our club at the moment is the fans. About time AR and his team took notice of us!

Does anyone think the person who gives the regular Thumbs Down just might be one of the squad? Might even be Kinnear or even Rads himself, definitely must be someone who doesn't like any form of criticism!

It's probably Aus. He fulfills the criteria. He don't like criticism, he's a bit of a nutter and he live Down Under.

Quintessential Aussie. You know they have 2 national emblems - the emu and the kangaroo. Neither is physically capable of taking a backward step. Wish half of our players had the same outlook.

Roofe, Saiz, Hernandez, Alioski, Cibiki, are all too lightweight to be in the team all together. Can really only play one at a time . If you add Lassoggo to that as well, we loose too much physicality. There is a role for Grot to start, being when the games are at there most physical, especially away from home

Believable5 Unbelievable9

09 Apr 2018 18:27:51
Grot is no more physical than Lassoga

10 Apr 2018 06:08:23
Both lassoga and grot and eukaban are not good enough. Play roofe. Or a young Newbee. The rest have had their chance and routinely blown it.

Agree with Roofe but he has to play in the center and not on the wing

Team for preston: BPF, Anita, Jansson, O'connor, Pearce, Vieira, Rey, Clarke, Saiz, Hernandez, Grot. 7 out of 11 are under 21, tells you a lot about the first teams achievements

Believable3 Unbelievable1

09 Apr 2018 10:19:29
BPF, Paudi and Pearce should def be in. Showed they are capable and none of the first team have claimed those positions on performances. Clarke should be given a run out but would try Dalby instead of Grot, he has had a good few chances. We are in the middle of nowhere playing for nothing so ideal time to try them out against championship players. No good waiting till summer to put them in some pointless friendlies. Problem is if they have one bad game people will be shouting to get rid, no good, not fit to wear the shirt. Think some need to understand where we are at. We will not buy a recognised goalscorer or world class cb in the summer we will end up treading the same path with some guy who had a good season in 2014 and scores 1 in 5. Some on here were saying BPF was no good and should not be considered for first team, and now? We need to be a bit more patient and make full use of what we have. Yes we have some very good young ones but need to be used right not thrown in for next 48 games. Not made my mind up about Hecky yet, not sure he is good enough and he has not shown anything yet to change my mind. Squad is lightwieght which is not his fault but he needs to make the decisions on how he wants to take us forward. Will he stay with the team that are going nowhere or start putting players in who want to play for LUFC, and will give their all.

Agree BIGE. I was one who doubted BPF based on the reports from his loan spell, but eating hat doesn't cover it. He has been immense, and comes across in interviews very well too.

Agree3 Disagree1

09 Apr 2018 12:00:26
BIGE, itโ€™s never going to be his fault he has nothing to do with whatโ€™s coming in, and yes your right he has show nothing to keep him.

Bright understand we can only go on form but i think we are lucky BFP is not on his way to another club. He is only human and must have been so frustrated at not getting his chance earlier when all our goalies have been pants. He did not want to go to York and i think that's why he came back early and honestly think that if he had not got a chance this season would have gone in summer. Hope we do not make the same mistake with Huffer who will be an England keeper one day. Not getting enough games with U23s at moment to satisfy him. There are others who in my opinion should have been given a game or two if only to let the first team know their place is not guaranteed, maybe they would put a bit more effort in then.

Excellent post BIGE, itโ€™s always invaluable to get your insight on our youngsters. Actually my biggest frustration with Heck was not being courageous enough in terms of experimenting with the youngsters. I think that comes down to one of two things Radz has told him every place counts or there is a minimum final placing, and heโ€™s fearful of his job, or more worryingly he is lacking in the nous to take a god given opportunity to uncover some future stars. Not certain Radz will change Manager in the summer irrespective of what we think, due to embarrassment after TC or lack of investment to get or entice a truly top drawer candidate. So whilst Iโ€™m disappointed with PH to I really hope he agrees with your views and uses these games to find next seasons players. Iโ€™m sure our amazing traveling support would welcome players excited and motivated to play for the shirt again.

I knew BPF would give a good account of himself. He's taking his opportunity and his advantage is being raised in the English game at grass roots. Shouldn't have taken 30 odd games with clowns Wally and Lonny to put him in but better late than never. Other younglings I'd be blooding before end of season if it were up to me are Hosannah, Rey, Nicell, Clarke, Machuca and Dalby.

Not having seen any U-23 games, apart from game highlights, I can't comment on who should be given any minutes in the first team but surely a few of them should make the bench, if only to kick some starters up the proverbial

09 Apr 2018 16:49:12
Brightwhite, if we donโ€™t finish in the top ten, thatโ€™s enough time for PH, he should then be sacked.

An astute observation about young guns having a poor game and then getting hammered for it, but they have to have a go sometime. If only Leeds fans were a little more forgiving. It wasn't long ago posters on here were slagging off Orta for signing them in the first place, now they can't wait for them to start. ๐Ÿค”

Agree3 Disagree0

09 Apr 2018 19:03:30
Agree with you guys but we are running out of games to test any new faces without putting too many in at once. Any judgement of our young guns can only be made after 2 or 3 games so as I say time is running out to give them a run.

Bright, reference to your other post and this was a question to. nothing about are young keeper. You seem think he should be given more time, yet we are worse of then under Monk make no sence.
