Try to incorporate aidy wite at left back, looks very promising.

Taylor had two minutes on the pitch and Bromby played fantastic The back fourvshould be, Lees, Kisnorbo,Bromby, O'Dea.

How would O'Dea and Taylor have shown they'd played well??

O'Dea had a shocker on Saturday and still wont have had much time with his team mates. Taylor had about 2 minutes game time yesterday so why would he be selected ahead of (for example) White?

Fella's, Much to take from tonight, First its a derby so don't look at the score line too much, emotions can take over as they did first half.
Yes Bradford were better first half, I realised about 15min in its (low and Behold) our defenders that stop us playing football just lumping it forward, that slowly disappeared to show that O'B and Connally simply can't play the game we pay them good money too But also 1st goal, ben parker Nothing else need be said
Now then, the fantastic second half, forget there goal, it was good, look at the way we passed the ball, played football, created space, shown hunger and passion Think about the TACTICAL GENIUS OF SIMON GRAYSON'S SUBSTITUTION

He named 6 subs as 7 players were unavailable and Grella and Bessone shouldnt be cup tied as we're looking to get rid.

He made two changes and they worked.

How many Championship clubs went out to lower league sides yesterday - Hull, Derby, Portsmouth, Ipswich, Coventry. Even Forest needed ET and penalties to win their derby game.

If he'd lost the dressing room the players wouldn't have shown the character to come back from behind twice. They'd have folded.

as for he made two changes he had no other option he picked the match day squad he was arrogant thinking a derb game would be so easy. If what your saying about grella is true then a) why give him squad number b) why not give another academy player the 7 subs place a young leeds forward. Grella is a better player than paynter and he is on lower wages paynter should go first

leeds got back in the game because of bradord being knackered not because of subs or tactical changes if it wasn't for a GK mistake by the City lad it would have gone to extra time. SG for the sack or leeds season will be a write off before it has began

watching leeds tonight has made me sure that SG can't cope with the pressure, he looked terrible, scared and clueless didn't give me as a fan any confidence or inspiration, playing unfit players again why? the sub bench was a joke lets name a df on the bench agin why, he couldn't change anything positive well other than taken o'brien(unfit) and connolly(crap) off but they shouldn't have started liked the look of clayton and nunez though time to give academy players more oportunity to grow SG sorry you must go and sooner before the club is beyond repair

Never mind what Don thinks if he's watching his beloved club but how does Eddie keep sounding so positive in his commentary on the games?

Eddie personifies all of what was & IS great about Leeds as a football club in recent years it was his "boys" at the academy that took us on our last European tours

So get him out from behind a mike & into a tracksuit to help make us (if not great) at least gel together as a TEAM.

Leeds lacking any cohesion whatsoever Howson is our only hope at this moment and we have a bench full of defenders, shows how naive SG is thinking we wouldn't need an attacking option tonight. Lonergan looks terribly uneasy in goal and I really think things are far more desperate at ER than we all thought. Injury crisis yes but SG has got to go he looks a beaten man tonight and I wonder whether KB has already made his mind up hence the lack of financial backing this summer. A few poor results and KB sacks SG and brings in one of his Chelsea rent boys, I think KB is just waiting for an excuse if you ask me, feel for SG he

i was just about to say clayton is our best player out there and i can see him scoring but that was before bradford scored omg we're carp we just havent got the depth in our squad and it just proves by the fact we've only got 6 subs on the bench,why didnt he stick grella on the bench surley thats better than nothing

Snodgrass is playing for Scotland tonight which suggests he was probably fit on Saturday. If that is the truth we have a Scotsman with no heart for a fight and you don't see many of them do you ? If we can get 4m for him we should do it and hope papa gives a couple of quid to SG to buy a replacement

A 10% fit snodgrass could walk in the scot team i wouldn't put 1+1 together because the scots can't add up

i see Rachubka getting the nod for Bradford. Paynter and McCormack start together up front, Grella on the bench. Howson and Clayton central midfield pairing, Sam and Nunez wingers, Kisnorbo and Bruce centre backs. Ben Parker to be given a game and Connolly to keep his place.

Bradford really are a p%ss poor side now, should be a formality, if not a cricket score.

That really shows how stubborn SG is,Paynter is absolute carp yet he perseveres with him,loyalty is all well and good but its painfully obvious he isnt up to the job,whenever Ive seen Grella hes played with enthusiasm,has pace and can score goals given the run that Paynters had,come on Simon,give others a chance.

I don't expect a cricket score i think leeds will struggle, City have nothing to loose last year the same situation against Not For they beat them and this is gona be there biggest game for years and years to come

I support Grayson but if the team is not preforming (for various reasons) then how long before Grayson gets sacked? I honestly believe Grayson will be gone by Christmas if things do not improve

I think he has untill end of Aug and a bad result tonight and that will bring things forward

I don't think Grella is ever going to be the answer (unless the question is 'who might a lower L1 team look at for a striker?). What's his goals:games ratio - about 1:10?

Even Paynter and Mcormack's career stats have them bagging a goal every 4 games.

I would rather give Grella a run of games rather than Paynter. At least Grella looks interested and enthuastic

I was listening to talksport last night, steve claridge was speaking about leeds saying that we are in troubke and the SG needs the backing from the board, it makes me laugh how people in the media who have a ageda about leeds speak in this way they don't have a clue about SG backing then fans listen to this tripe and start believing this

Claridge is a clown.

Claridge spoke very highly of Leeds last season and before this season expected you to be challenging. He is just reporting on what he saw from your team last Saturday - so dont go all hissy just because another person made a 'Correct' but negative comment about your team

Hissy ok pal the media is partly responsible for leeds situation that is all i was saying, this is because many sources of media mainly the written press, radio, and the internet bloggs people start to listen and believe what they are told sites like this rumour site, if people here staff often enough sooner all later they will start to believe humans are very much like sheep they listen and believe what they are told, KB isn't the best chairman nor is he the anti-christ of worst chairman ever. Leeds fans need to understand this point KB can not leave, resign, quit as chairman until there is a suitable buyer many clubs have been taken over with false promises we are in a global economic downturn Billions of ££'s have been wiped of stock markets we dont have any super rich saviour at least kb is running our club carefully. A problem i've noticed during pre season and the saints game is that mccormack constantly makes great runs playing on the shoulder of the defence but the pass is not coming early enough and he is often caught offisde. Clayton looks a decent passer of a ball so maybe it will just take time for an understanding to develop between the 2 centre mids (brown and clayton) or maybe we just don't have a player capable enough to find mccormack's clever runs. In that case it is pointless playing mccormack on his own up top as he has no joy unless his runs are found. Maybe tonight try paynter up top with mccormack and sam providing support out wide with howson in behind as usual, i know paynter is very unlikely to get goals but maybe mccormack could get more involved this way and have his runs found easier not being up top on his own. Another way of course would be to play mccormack and paynter up front together as this seemed to work in the last 2 games of last season, i believe the problem there is that howson has a more disciplined central midfield role instead of his free role in front of the mids and that takes a lot out of his game. Now I know it's more the defence that's the main problem but I think mccormack is potentially our best player so i just wondered how you guys think we can get the best out of him?

I think RM needs a target man to play off - hes best over 12-yrds so ball on floor in the penalty box his better suited for him

Well said I also noticed RMC makes some good runs but the final pass never seemed to come to him. Howson tried a few times but the pass was never right I think with a better understanding between the two the RMC could bag a few goals

SG has quickly identified Billy Paynter as a weak link and is looking to bring in someone much more mobile and pacey to replace him. Tomas Brolin is being considered due to his superior speed over the first ten yards

Top signing if we get him 4.5 million should be enough

Hussain Bolt has been giving Parker and Paynter sprinting sessions and was delighted when they both broke the ten second barrier,pity it was only over 10 metres.

It just shows how naff our defence was last year when Paynter scored two against us,still is come to that.

I'm sorry, I'm an avid Leeds fan and I love Leeds United dearly, but it's not so much the management or the team that disappoints and disgusts me so much lately as
these bloody "fans" calling for Graysons head

Chris your comments are admirable however grayson I believe that the SG comments are not after just 1 game SG has been at Leeds for over 3 years he has had ample time to build teams and coach players, if you take Saturday, why ply the team formation that he did 4-5-1 Ross on his todd upfront, that was never going to work, CLayton his debut, brown his debut and first game at this level since nearly christmas last year, Paddy first game at this level for leeds + his injuy problems, O'brien unfit, snodgrass unfit. The manager picks the plyers he sets the team tactics he then has the power to change the way the game is going. I honestly don't recall SG ever having positive change on a match. SG might be dignified that is because he is a sound man he might even want to bleed for this club, unfortunately SG is inept in being a manager at this level, yes he got us promoted and I will always be greatful for that, after christmas last year leeds were poor SG was at fault for this, time and time again he comes out with the same comments that team has potential, we have poor defence, he also makes inconsistent comments in the media that really winds lots of fans up.

As for people being Scum fans and making comments on this site I believe your very mistaken I go to leeds home and away with 6 mates and we all tink the same, Gus Poyet is a far better manager than SG, i'm not saying we would get him as poyet has a great squad that he has built and a great new stadium to play in but leeds have to do better than SG sorry but it's the truth
