I for one welcome some banter from the lesser teams.
Very odd season so far Teams so inconsistent.
I have to say I think Villa and their players acted in a very poor way during the final game between us in the championship.
Lack of class and integrity shown by you’re manager. And many Leeds fans feel the same. However that’s not your fault Dave
So healthy bit of banter doesn’t really hurt anyone.

I agree in part Yebo, and I can see your point, I would probably be aggrieved myself, it was a very strange game to be fair.
It was a moral dilemma for sure, can you remember Paolo di Canio when he caught the ball against Everton, that`s another one.
Its all debatable mate, you win some you lose some.

Don`t let it puzzle you 92, I enjoy a laugh and a bit of fun, but trust me my friend, I have no fascination with Leeds, there is one team and one team only in my life, and that is AV.
I will try to explain the reason I have posted on your site.
I first came on your site a few months ago to offer my condolences on the passing of Trevor Cherry, and again for Norman Hunter, we all love football so I thought it was fitting, I have done it before.
When you beat us 3 - 0, I thought I would congratulate you guys on a very good performance, unfortunately I noticed there seems a lot of bitter fans that are associated with your club, and they made that very obvious with some unsavory comments about us.
That prompted me to question their integrity, and I have to say some failed miserably, hence where we are now, villadave revisited.
And yes mate my support for Villa is as gracious in defeat as it is in victory, I have supported Villa for a very long time.
I posted yesterday, and said that I do visit other banter sites, and I have formed some very interesting banter mates on a few of them.
I hope that gives you my reason for my interaction with you guys, if I am not welcome, so be it.

I’ve read my reply to you again I thought it was courteous and reasoned I never said at anytime you’re not welcome.

I said it would be somewhat tiresome, if you were to visit in particularly when we lose, that being said it’s a free country and that’s what banter is about and to be fair your commiserating with the loss of our legends says a lot about you as a person.

So take care, stay safe and well, I even wish your team well however, if you can ensure they finish a point or two behind us that would be brilliant. 👍.

I am not sure anyone including the club can give a definitive as yet but hopefully Llorente KP and Rodrigo are all available for the Arsenal game.


I predict Rodrigo. will be but have a feeling KP. and Llorente might need an extra week or two.

Padbameyang is doing well - we need others in the team to start chipping in again like we did in the early weeks. This tends to happen to us doesn't it? At first all and sundry are scoring and then it reverts to depending on one player. where are the shots from the rest of them (not into their own goal) ?
