Bad news for our boots Dave, time for the DF taxi I think, desperate subs again, 15 to go, losing so just chuck on offensive players that should have started. AGAIN we take a lead an chuck it without consolidating it. Why no DJ from the start, why not earlier subs.
Always the same. Is bringing in PS and Namecha really ringing in the changes. Style still the same. Dint think DF knows how to turn this around, as said the definition of madness is trying the same and hoping it changes, he never seems to adapt to the opposition.
{Ed025's Note - i watched that game today Vid and concentrated on just the Leeds players, my conclusion is that you have a serious lack of quality, 3 maybe 4 of your players are of Premiership quality that rest being below that mark, on the plus side what you do have is a hard working team who are giving their all and that bodes well if you are to survive mate, blame Farke all you want but even if you had Klopp he would struggle with what Daniel has at his disposal, its all about getting enough points to survive then strengthen in the summer now for me but the owners will have to give whoever is in charge the money for players who can take you forward..

That is a very fair point ED, but the frustrating thing is, first few games we looked OK and had capable players, BUT DF does not seem to utilise what we have to best effect. He does not seem to adapt/ change to counter opposition.
He does not seem proactive during games then panic changes when it goes against us. It just feels like he is a bit lost and don't know what to do!
{Ed025's Note - i think hes a bit stymied by the quality (or lack of) of the players he has at his disposal Vid, im not making excuses for him but some of your players are very limited mate, i dont think his coaching methods help but thats not solely down to him because you cant make silk purses out of sows ears..

My thoughts vid and ED are, we had decent to good championship players last season, better than most in the championship, hence we won the league, just, and we’ve taken them into the premiership and they’re still championship quality, bar possibly bogle and tanaka at their best. Our recruitment has been shocking. Perri at the villa free kick wasn’t any better than meslier, he’s certainly not an improvement in darlow. Bijol isn’t an upgrade on pascal, and we also bought bornauw who I haven’t a clue if he’s any good, as he never gets a game.
Okafor has been ok in fits and starts, but is he any better than Solomon would have been? GG has probably been the best of the bunch, but defensively suspect, and his final ball could be a lot better. Not even going to discuss DCL. But it’s DF predictability and failure to change things during a game that’s been evident. Every single game is different, so try being proactive instead of always being reactive. He refuses to do that. The BA conspiracy continues though.
