Craig Mackail Smith is top target of Neil Warnock,he tried to sign numerous times last summer but wasn't backed by the board, also on the radar is Charles Nzogbia at Aston Villa he rates the fast paced winger highly and doesn't see wages as being any problem provided the new directors keep their word and spend the cash.

i somehow think beckford is actually warnocks 1st choice and he would probably be quite cheap with liecester wanting to sell him on.

I think Charles N'Zogbia is a bit ambitious at the moment.
Maybe for the summer when we get promoted!

GFH Capital want Roberto Di Matteo if no contract can be agreed by Neil Warnock to stay on as boss for Leeds United and GFH Capital believes that it would be a brilliant manager to get

Definitely would be, and Bates has a good relationship with him too. can see this happening if he gets no offers in the mean time.

To the 2nd poster hes not Good enough ? did he not just win the champions league , by beating barcelona and Bayern munich in there own back yard. also laid the foundations at west brom. he has proven he is good enough. and you think grayson is good enough . You have a screw loose , its like comparring apples to sausages

Hes not gonna want to drop down a league so Grayson and freeman would be the choice and Hes not that good .my gran could of won the champ league with that team.
Agree0

Your gran could have won with that team ?you obviuosly dont know anything about football, they was massively favourates to get knocked out by barcelona who are playing as well as any team in history , and massively favourates to get spanked by bayern who were scoring goals for fun and at home. So no pal your gran would not have won the CL with that team. grayson is in the past get over it, freedman is inexperienced.

6th poster: i doubt your gran could of... they beat 2 of best teams in world

Doug Freeman or DiCanio top men for Championship O'Leary worth a punt with money behind him if we can tempt Brian Kidd to come back with him or ex old boy Joe Jordan he's learn't plenty off of Harry

RDM is a class act, won the CL earlier this yr when he gotthe job they had lost the first leg to palermo or napoli and looked like finishing sixth in the league, think they finished 3rd... this summer he had to rebuild the way they played and be more pleasing on the eye.... think he done that... only plyer letting him down was torres... who wasnt his signing.... he also did a goodjob at MK dons a few yrs back too... even got West Brom playing good football in the prem on a tight budget.... i am by no means a warnock hater by any stretch on the imagination... but for me i would sack warnock if i thought i could have RDM as manager. and i would give him 5 yrs to build... martin o neil tho, spent all of villa's money and made them worse as a team... done a great job at leicester about 12yrs back but nuffing since... and i include his spell at celtic in that.... others i would like though include Martinez/Poyet/Mcdermott. Feel sorry for grayson though... imagine what he could of built if he had a budget...

Can't see freedman as he's only just gone to Bolton, looking like a good manager though and would love him back at Leeds. Di Canio also looking like a potentially great manager too, got to love his passion and would also love to see him here too, you know he's the kind of manager that will inspire and give every ounce to win. Other shout from me is Poyet, clearly the brains when he and wise were here and doing a great job at Brighton. All 3 seem to have their teams play good football and seem to have huge respect from their players

Rdm would be brilliant . so to would poyet either would do really well . Chris Coleman another wild card if he could be tempted always liked the mans passion

RDM would be an excellent choice. His style of play would fit in at Leeds perfectly.

I would say to NW in jan, are you staying on? if so lets sign a contract and if not then get shot of him now and bring RDM in. Leeds have to look forward and plan for the future. Over night success doesn't exist and therefore i think we should be looking at either calling time on Warnock or bring in a fresh approach for long term stability. MOT!

Martin O'Neil tends to buy carp, get lucky results and then leave the club just as his expensively assembled team starts to get past it (the Sven Goran buy a trophy approach)
Roberto DiMatteo is unproven as a manger. Don't care what he won in his short time in charge of Chelsea. Why give a man a five year mandate when he's never spent five years managing any team?
Moyes is the best manager in this country but he will succeed Alex Ferguson at ManU.
Arsene Wenger may be out of a job shortly. He'd bring some flair just no defence... oh hang on... Grayson tried that, too.
There is only one clear choice. Head and shoulders above all others in my book.
POYET, COME BACK. WE MISS YOU.

The Irish Messi! He'd be a really useful signing, not proven in our league but well worth a punt in my opinion. A very good attacking threat and could be just what we need to give us a different option going forward - JamesC
