According to Yorkshire evening post we are looking to seal deals for pielter, Norris , varney, Andy gray and craine trials And Austin.
Peltier norris and varney yes. Andy gray is training with us voluntarily in an attempt to prove himself, which i think he will fail with. Not sure about cranie either

I know varney was gash at Portsmouth. However he was quality in prem for Blackpool. I think it's down to the manager, and we have the best in the division.
Varney started well for Pompey last season, then got injured and I think he was rushed back a bit quick due to their situation and never really got firing again. He was very good for Blackpool, so providing we get him fit (and sign him) I think Warnock will get somewhere near the best from him

We have been linked with a Jamaican who plays for SK Brann in the Norwegian Premier League. He is a CDM who can play at CB. Seems to be people building him up over a few youtube clips but be weary of them, they can make ordinary players look good. I read that he was linked with Stoke a few years back, but it fell through due to a work permit being rejected. Even if we do agree a fee its not official until a work permit goes through.
He has played in over 75% of Jamaica's matches over the last 2 years so he automatically qualifies
He is not a defender....hes an attacking midfielder!
It would be granted as he is a regular for jamaica now and has been for the last 2 years

Original poster here, That's great news that he can work permit shouldn't be a problem. If that's the guy Warnock feels can play the much needed midfield enforcer that we have been needing for a while then so be it. To the guy that posted saying he's an attacking midfielder, You may of seen him going forward in any clips you have been watching but he is in fact a defencive midfielder, who can fill in a centre back if needed. He has got a powerful shot and does like to stretch his legs now and again.
How can U-tube make ordinary players look good. It's not like we're viewing a shark bite a human clean in half (although they are pretty good), it's just match coverage and make of it what you will. For what it's worth I think he looks very good... hope this rumour has legs

Sk brann have not rejected the bid Leeds have made for Rodolph Austin, its just the papers in norway trying to twist the story, the chairman of brann has confirmed the bid but will not comment on whether he has accepted it or not.

Just watched a video of Rodolph Austin on YouTube. He looks to be an incredible player, twice the player Clayton was! If we get this guy I will be one delighted and impressed fan! He's strong, quick and has a very good pass and strike on him!

Yeah just watched some action for this Rudolph Austin, he's a beast. He can play centre half or DM, he makes Clayton look like an amateur
I could make my granny look a world beater on youtube, I seem to remember a lad called paterson last season who everyone thought was amazing due to some youtube clips, what happened....... he was deemed not good enough after a 2 week trial.
Hopefully im wrong and it works out, but I would take youtube compilations with a pinch of salt.

In my opinion Campbell would be a fantastic signing, providing he has recovered from his injury. I'm not sure whether Hulse is good enough, however of he could re discover the form he had when he first cam to Leeds then he'd be a great free signing, definitely better than Andy Gray imo

what happened to the rumours about us signing theo robinson from derby? he is a fast player who obviously knows where the net is, unlike some of our players last season, (FOSSELL) the only one who found the net was mccormack, and he seems to be off on his travels soon, which is terrific isnt it? because now we have becchio left, who seems not to be able to get a touch on the ball with his head, but with the one striker you would imagine you would work on the wings and get crosses in to the middle? but whats the use in that if becchio isnt as powerful in the air as he used to be, i dont think this is our option, we need two strikers. and this one needs to be fast, whatever warnock does, i will defo support him. i think, robinson, busaky or dj cambell would be all brilliant signings Trust in warnock. You quite clearly don't go to any games if you think becchio doesn't win anything the air because he wins almost everything. And McCormack isn't a huge loss, he's not as good as what people make him out to be

This summer is now shaping up nicely. Missing out on joel ward a blessing in disguise as peltier (touch wood we sign him) is a better player in my opinion. 500k for clayton and his replacement is lines up to be rodolph austin (youtube him-absolute beast) will cost just 200k. That leaves 300k leftover from the clayton sale to go on norris....if you ask me things are looking good :) MOT

It was actually 2008 they tried to sign him before he started playing for jamaica. He has now played 46 times somhe won't have any problems in gaining a work permit

A decent line up think Neil will play with 2 strikers. I'd leave Rogers/Varney on the bench and bring Buzsacky out wide to accomodate a 2nd striker to play off Becchio.
Looks realistic enough, however if we could afford him I'd prefer to bring in Michael Kightly ahead of Varney, thats only personal preference however team above looks to have a decent chance on paper, lets hope they do it on the pitch. MOT. SussexLeeds
That team looks ok. But I think we need another striker. Much needed pace up top. And maybe another cb good enough to go straight into 1st team. To keep lees and Pearce challenging for that 2nd cb spot. Other than that , the team looks good. Maybe some pacey utility players

Beckford and delph are two players who we gave a chance to have a football career and fairplay to them both they took it well . but they both asked for a transfer in the january transfer window when grayson was trying to get us out of the 1st division . they left found out they were not as good as they thought they were now reportably want to come back . we should move forward not back and trust our manager . personaly i dont think their warnock type players and i think that there are better players out there who will want to come to us when the takeover is complete .

Aston villa are willing to let Fabian Delph out on loan to a championchip club and QPR are also going to let joey Barton out on loan to a championchip club as well .they would both do a job in our midfield.
Barton out for 12 games so no use until christmas but would fit into leeds team i think!!
I would take delph on loan providing he's fit would do a good job. but NO THANKS on barton the blokes a liability who thinks he's better then what he is, look what he did last game of the season when his club needed him he let them down just like he does with every team he's been at

Martin Cranie ex Coventry defender is currently training with the lads at Thorpe arch and it's believed he was invited to train there, I imagine then that NW wants to check him out and he is a ex England under 21s and I believe a LB but capable in most defensive positions. To be honest he's not better than what we have and would rather have Pugh at left back ! Ok He's on a free but not a Leeds player. MOT..

Thats funny because ive just looked & he has not made a comment since 29th March when he said 'Give your life to god and you will be save' no mention of going to Leeds!
He has not made any comments in the last 100 days I am just after looking it up there.
