There's only ever been talk it's fourth signing, the first responder is totally wrong.

Dawson said on the 6th that he's still injured, presumably recovering from the shoulder surgery.

The 1st poster isn't wrong. he said before transfer window opened he wants 6 0ror 7 in!

I read the article, and there is nothing to suggest that McD is only going for one more
player. It just says he's focused on getting that important player at the moment.

I think he'll switch his attention to other deals after this one

McDermott has no money to buy any more than one player, and he will probably need to offload some of the existing squad to do that.

Leeds considering a very strange move ( in my view) by installing Carlton Palmer as director of football. This according to a friend of mine. Seems odd.

Hopefully not.

Do you really think Palmer can offer something that McDermott hasn't considered? No, neither do I. Maybe you should get the job as your imagination is vivid!
I know Palmer has links to both Leeds and The Middle East but this is surely too far fetched to be true. Its never going to happen.
