Seems we have been keeping an eye on Catania/Verona Brazilian winger Raphael Martinho. Not someone I really know but scored 4 with 5 assists last year before getting injured and managed 10 in 30 the season before. Also at 27 he is a good age. Anyone seen much of him/know if he is worth a punt?

Can't see any reference to the lad except that Rangers are interested. Nothing about Leeds again except he was from the Leeds academy and we were interested last year5 but nothing materialised.

You sure your looking at the right player Hesslian? Martinho came through the Atletico PR academy not ours. Have seen us linked to him in a few places, don't know how true it is though we seem to get linked with every player in the Italian league.

No. I was being a muppet. Thought I was replying to the post about the former academy lad James Travernier. Must have gone from rumour to banter without realising it.

Bringing in a Brazilian player with visa issues and joint ownership sounds perfect for the current Leeds administration.
Its been ages since we have been investigated for doing something wrong.
{Ed001's Note - there would be no joint ownership problems any more mind, it is no longer allowable in UEFA, once the current contracts expire they would have to belong to only one club.}
