My Mates Dads Friend is Best pals with David Noriss and he says he will be leaving Leeds soon to go to Sheffield Wednesday.

Believable40 Unbelievable54

Hope so

Agree0 Disagree1

Good riddance

Agree0 Disagree0

Not mutual best friends though? I'd sack him off as a mate.

Agree0 Disagree0

I wouldn't actively be looking to sell Norris but equally I would let him go if a club came in with a value matched offer.
Other players need pushing out the door before Norris like Danny Poo and Brown. Norris has a good engine on him and works hard chasing down the opposition. That said he often doesn't have a lot to show for his running. Worth keeping as a squad player perhaps

Agree0 Disagree0

Could be true Wednesday were interested last summer

Agree0 Disagree0

Can believe that. Norris was linked with Wednesday last summer, before he came here. Would be a good move for him -good luck to him if he goes. Chapel A

I've your suitcase packed and loaded into a taxi - hurry up - your friends are waiting - Browne, Pugh, Varney, Green

Former Cliftonville striker RORY DONNELLY could be a target for Leeds this summer. Donnelly has only made one appearance for Swansea this season, but scored 20 goals for Cliftonville.

Brian McDermott is an admirer of DONNELLY and had looked at him as a possible signing for Reading before Swansea and Everton made bids on him.

With DONNELLY getting no game time and Swansea looking to strengthen further, DONNELLY will be pushed further down the pecking order next season.

Coul be a loan, could be a signing. Could be a decent young striker with an eye for goals :)

I'm sorry but the Irish league teams would struggle to compete in League 2. Rory Donnelly lit up the Irish League but many players have done than and not been able to make the transition to a English team. Peter Thompson is one that would spring to mind.

There is plenty of talent around England and abroad. But be careful when comparing a players stats in a league that's ranked 47th out of 53 European Leagues.

Someone else I've not heard of but hey with all the transfer speculation and the plenty of personal opinions I'm reading about, I for one am relying on BM to bring in players HE believes can move us on from the stagnant pool of mediocrity we have been entrenched in, it's up to BM to make the right choices and prove to the faithful he knows best

I could score 30 goals in the irish league. Harrogate Town would beat them.

Promising news

Agree0 Disagree0

Arsenal were after him at one point. he's only 21 or so

Agree0 Disagree0

Habib haribo came from a lower league and did duck all! (nuff said )

Agree0 Disagree0

Habibou came from zulte wargem in Belgium. not a lower league.

Agree0 Disagree0

Cliftonville play in the north of ireland. Not the strongest of leagues. A big jump to the prem from there

My wife's colleague spoke to Sam Byrmas dad the other day. Colleague was a Leeds fan and tried ask if he was staying. His exact words were he has had a significant amount of interesting offers. Also he said that if he doesn't leave now, he will never leave. Gutted. I hope it he see's sense but yet potentially another lad to show no loyalty to the team who helped him start his career.

Believable16 Unbelievable95

I know Sam personally, and not only has he not told me anything about if he's going or not, he most definitely would not use those 'exact words' haha.

Agree1 Disagree0

Well my best friends dads dog is friends with a dog that lives next door to byrams uncles dog, they barked that he is staying at er

Agree1 Disagree0

I wrote this post. I hate stupid comments as much as everyone else on here about people who knows someone who knows someone all the time. Suppose hard for me to prove and personally hope it isn't true. My wife wouldn't lie to me, but until there's concrete evidence of either the club, brian or sam himself I won't rule anything out. Ask his dad if u know him personally because that is what he said.

Agree0 Disagree0

Course he did. If he doesn't leave now (4 yr contract) he never will. He's not a 30yr old journeyman. He has played 1 season.

Smells a bit fishy to me :)

Rubbish, Sam wouldn't be saying anything if he had offers, even the press don't know anything.

Agree0 Disagree0

Wont be leaving then. End of.

Agree0 Disagree0

Never said Sam, his dad. And unless this guy was pretending to be his dad that is what he said. They are not sworn to secrecy you know.

Should Paddy Kenny leave, Kieron Westwood will be lined up for his replacement

Believable46 Unbelievable42

Nothing wrong with james ashdown!

Agree0 Disagree1

I heard luke Steele? But I agree nothing wrong with ashdown

Agree0 Disagree0

If we can't get Alex McCarthy at this stage, then I'd be very happy with Westwood. Chapel A

Agree1 Disagree0

Westwood would be a right signing, get him here!

Agree0 Disagree0

Why waste money on a keeper? If we sell Kenny, happy days, Ashdown is actually the better of the 2 in my eyes and its the one position where we can afford experience over youth, keepers seem to Ger better with age (just look at Kelvin Davies' performance against us, then there's Schwarzer, Friedel, Van Der Sar etc)! Ashdown and Cairns for me.

That said, if we were to get some Premiership quality in then I'll be happy!

Agree0 Disagree0

Take westwood all day long

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't mind Kenny or Ashdown. McCarthy has just had an England call up, so we can rule him out

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would Paddy leave.

Heard a thing about Brayford from Derby could be on his way. A very good RB who like Byram can play in midfield. Would be a very good signing as he ticks all the boxes. Young, versatile, good attitude, and won't cost much. Just hope he's not replacing Byram! This more than a rumour by the way. Leeds are definitely making enquiries about the lad.

Believable41 Unbelievable18

I would happily have Brayford at Leeds, and push Byram to the RM.

I thought Brayford was going to Cardiff though?

Agree0 Disagree0

I've heard, if he moves, it'll be to Stoke!! for some reason, he's a fan!!

Agree0 Disagree0

Him and Hunt would be the only two rb's from this league I'd take. Still can't see Byram going this year though. Would annoy supporters too much and GFH will want to get supporters back this year, not drive more away

Agree0 Disagree0

Good to see were going in the right direction at last, can see us making a serious challenge this season.

Agree0 Disagree0

Where would that leave Peltier -a one-season 'wonder' again, as he was at Leicester? Wonder where the new manager stands on Peltier, a player around whom Warnock based all his defensive selections. Chapel A
