Prediction
Slag me off all you like.
There is another case still to come to court for a second boat.
That's been reported by Phil Hay.
Disaster in the making that Bates and GFH are working together to re purchase from MC our once great club and all with the assistance of Harvey.
I just hope MC can beat this whole thing again.
As I understand it whoever takes over the club must prove they have earned the funds which kind of rules out MC's family.

This will not happen and fans would not tolerate bates coming back.

Cellino doesn't actually personally own the club so he doesn't have to sell the club to comply with the ruling.
At least he is one jump ahead of them there.
I personally hope he will appeal the decision and in doing so reveal how corrupt the people who made this decision are and the interests some of them actually have in Championship clubs themselves which give them a vested interest.
I agree with the feeling that all Leeds supporters should now boycott away games until Cellino is re-instated.

MC Disqualified from owning Leeds by the Football League and asked to resign - he has 14 days to appeal

"The League’s Chief Executive Officer declared an interest as a former director and
employee of LUFC, and took no part in the decision." I'm sure he didn't "vote", but I'malso sure he "influened" those who did!!

Its no wonder the FL hate us, look at their board of directors:
The Football League board (ten members):
1) A former non executive director of Bupa (and lifelong Leicester City fan)
2) A former female professional tennis player (!!)
3) A former vice Chairman of British Waterways (relevant?!?)
4) The current Chief Executive of Millwall FC (arch rivals)
5) The current Chairman of Blackpool FC (who clearly couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery with the current state of Blackpool!)
6) The current chief executive of Middlesbrough FC
7) The current Notts County Chief Executive
8) An Executive Director currently at Milton Keynes Dons
9) The current Oxford United Chairman
10) … and Shaun Harvey (boo hiss!)

Apparently he can take over again after March 18th 2015 when the conviction will be spent.

Easy, appeal right on the 14 day mark, case will most likely not be heard till sometime in the New Year, then, should the appeal fail, he will have 28 days in which to resign . and it will, by then, be around March and he's suddenly "fit and proper" again . d'oh!! stupid football league
Btw, is Chelsea's boss fit n proper? he's a friend and supporter of a dictator or is invading a foreign country not half as bad as not paying tax (in a foreign country)? :)

Stafford White, the 28 days you correctly refer to is most likely to be up by the last week of February meaning he will have to give up control. We are going to lose Cellino. Football League on a witch hunt.

Fa/Fl always had it in for us, surprised we haven't been deducted points.

Doubt we'll lose Cellino sure he'll find a way round it one way or another.
