I've always thought white was over rated an headless chicken. I'd sell him anyway if it meant freeing up extra revenue, or bring in a ready made winger,
Now that would be silly as Aidy White is the only winger with genuine pace in the squad. Unless we are signing 2 wingers I can't see White leaving, I think this could be a big year for him given the chance.

No chance of White leaving, he's an asset and its a big year for him. It's a pity our fans aren't more supportive of our home grown players, when did we last have as any as Byram, Lees, White and Poleon in the first team squad.
The sad thing is, we were all having this very same debate last year. Nothing has changed. We don't need a new keeper, anyone with a passing interest in football, would after one game know that Leeds desperately need wingers with pace. Aidy White is very average. He has pace, but can't tackle & his positioning is poor, so each new manager toys with playing him as a winger. But sadly he can't actually run with the ball, his crossing is suspect and he can't beat his man with the ball. If he was going to make it, he'd of made it by now. He's a squad player at best, unfortunately we have a team of squad players.
White all pace no end product and hasny improved much since first getting a game as a 16/17 year old, can't cross a ball any better than me BM has a lot of work to do with him keep or sell I don't care either way

Whilst White may be the only winger with pace it would be fair to say he's not much of a crosser & doesn't have much idea what to do with the ball - pace isn't everything!
White has worked with 4 managers and yet still can't get in 1st 11. They all most not rate him. He's got pace but can't run with ball or cross. I don't think we need a goalie but we need money for new players. White's had his chance and not made the grade.

White will never b more than a squad player, like the seasons b4 a bit part footballer who gets the odd 15 min play time only when where losing and chasing a game. I'd sell him without any remorse. I've got more hope for the youngsters coming through, I'd much prefer to see Lewis Walters along with poleon given more exposure. BM hands are tied at the mo big time players with big contracts. (like white) he's bidding his time before ships out the deadwood.

White is a great asset! Supports the club and only wants to play for Leeds! The last manager to play aidy was Gary mac he hasn't had a chance with anyone else! Grayson dropped him after 1 poor game which knocked his confidence especially as others were playing poor week in week out and getting games and then warnock played hoof ball not aidys sort of football! Brian McD seems to like youth and is a good eye for talent he's asked aidy to play in an attacking midfield role which aidy is happy to do! I for one believe in our home grown players who support the club and think they give something more for the club! I support them as they support the club! Given the chance aidy will do all he can for the shirt! So get off his back and support him! MOT

White playing behind the front two will ultimately be ineffective. Yes, he can run into space between defenders and get on rebounds but he's unlikely to track back from up there or make the killer pass to the front two.
I would be delighted to proved wrong but I can't see it. Dropped down a league, White's pace alone would be devastating but, in the Championship against physical, experienced defenders he just can't find that final ball. Seven or eight goals but we'll ship more than he scores whilst he's running in the opposite direction.
