Cellino seems to be coming good. Buckley is a good championship player. Helps the balance Pity 'Leeds is to small for Byram' if that is what he said.Will have to go if Cellino will sell him. Wonder what price he puts on him. On form £9 million. Current form £1 million. Given his potential probably go for £8.5 million. Wonder who else Cellino has on his list?

MC has said he won't be selling anyone in January, which is an interesting statement. SB would then become relatively worthless to Leeds, but will MC care? Probably not. I do think we need to replace Pearson though, but who??

Now Pearson has gone, Cellino seems to being quoted continually. It's funny (and refreshing) that we never heard from him and we were saved of the cringeworthy rants when Pearson was his right hand man. Now he's free to do exactly what he likes (and he does) expect more ramblings. His latest is pointing out Uwe's flaws and offering him advice. How long before he completely undermines his manager anyone?

MC clearly not happy Byram has refused to sign a new contract stating his agent saying Sam is too big a player for Leeds United.
Is this his way of putting Byram in January's shop window??
Wonder how close to the £8m offered in the summer we'll get for him.

Words are cheap, actions speak louder. I'm guessing around 4-5m for Sam in Jan which as he out of contract can't see how we would get anymore, I would not pay it.
Re MC, it is a shame but it is just the way the guy is, I'm not saying I agree with him talking so much (I don't) but it is his natural style and with no-one to monitor him now expect more of this.
But in some ways so what, take with a pinch of salt, his actions speak louder than words and bear in mind his English understanding still not great. His actions this summer have been pretty good, Uwe should have the balls to not listen to every little thing the man says.
Re his comments on Sam, at least we are getting information, I think most people know SB will leave, don't blame him I would not stay for less money when I know someone else will pay more, SB is not Leeds (nor is MC) so life will go on and MC may have a point in getting someone who is better in Sams current position.
To me it is just white noise, when you split up with ya wife everyone has their side of the tale to tell who knows who is right/wrong, maybe SB was leaving anyway, MC just likes publicity makes him feel good so without a CEO in place expect more of this but if he keeps getting good players in then fine, actions speak louder than words my friends.

I agree DG, I don't like MC's mega-gob either, but I quite like him as a person, and I respect the positives he's done, and continues to do. I think we've known for a while that SB will be leaving. Best of luck to him, although he may be getting bad advice from a greedy agent?
Now, what about replacing Pearson.?

Fair point DG but why not do all this behind closed doors. It looks like his relationship with Sam has broken down completely and at least it won't be a shock when he goes in January. Having said that, I think he should still show a bit of respect and not go public with comments about any player. What signal does that send out to the rest of the squad and the young 'uns who may be very close to Sam? Maybe, they'll want to leave soon after. We don't even know for sure that Sam has refused a contract and Cellino might just want to cash in, so decided to use one of Bates' old tricks and discredit the player to soften the blow.
