Poveda has passed his medical (although with some of our sick note signings I can't imagine what that actually involves - not dying while in with the Doctor presumably) so the deal should go through this evening or tomorrow.

Apparently only has stress fractures to his tibia so once hip replacements done he is good to go.

Sounds like Southampton are trying to sign Oseyi-Samuel from QPR. Fits their signings as a good young player to try and develop to make a profit on. If they get him then Adams would be free to leave. Bit risky to put all eggs in one basket but if he’s the one Bielsa wants and is the best fit for his style then it might pay off. He’s a proven goalscorer at champ level (in a poor Brum team) and there must be a reason Leeds keep going back with offers.
However if £10m now and £10m summer is rejected I’d offer the same to Hull for Bowen.

Long term (or even short term) I think Bowen would have greater impact, knocking in a few but better still setting up far more.

I'm beginning to think we have signed this young keeper for the U23's because when the EFL throw the book at Kiko, we will use it as an excuse to sack him thus promoting Miesler to No1 etc.
