I think, reading between the lines, that Bates is on about a longer loan period for McCarthy. He came on loan for first team football, Reading won't loan him out again unless its for first team football, so he won't be coming back to play second fiddle to Lonergan. Would love to see him signed though and have 2 good young keepers fighting for first team jersey
This post makes no sense to me at all - not only is it not written in proper english, it also looks likes it's on the lines of Bates forking out/making a signing which is just as baffeling as the language it's written in!
Haha the first post funny as hell. As for the second why would Ken Bates be talking to Maik Taylors club? He's a free agent, has been since he left Birmingham in the summer.
