Reported 60 mill release clause for Phillips next contract. Tad low.
I know clubs bidding could push that up but think should have realistically been set at 80 mill.

If Grealish is a 100 mil player and didn’t play as much Euro, KP who was one of the most important players to this side can’t be a 60 mil player.
Maybe the release clause is switched on if we go down or something… Clearly it’s better to have higher buy out clause (80 is more like it) and a gentleman agreement that if a good offer comes we going to let you go for say 70 or even lower if you would be really keen on the move.
