Just arrived back in the UK after a long and rough ferry journey from Spain so haven't seen the highlights yet. But 4-1 against the league leaders away, after 2-1 and then a red card, doesn't seem like the end of the world to me. I'm surprised that people think Radz will call time on that evidence. He wants TC to succeed, that means top six this year, his target and still not one that should be given up! I think the next two games are the important tests, we should be expecting to beat Barnsley and Villa are the type of team we need to be competing with for the playoffs. If we lose both those games, it could be a different story. But sooner or later we need to stick with a manager and let him build and i haven't given up on TC yet and i don't think the chairman has either.

I think its good to be patient. But there are not too many chairmans of football clubs that would accept 7 losses 1 win. i'm hoping he carries on and turns it around but in my opinion, he is lucky to still be there. I haven't seen any evidence that he has the ability to turn it around. I think he is too light weight for this league. I think the team are capable of play offs. Think he lacks though. let's hope he proves me wrong.

Agreed. let's preach patience, and hopefully, the ages of the 2 (new) signings underline the long term strategy of AR. Players maybe not ready now (altho if the situation demands? ) but can slot in next year or even the year after. My only question is, with all this young talent, why aren't we sitting on top of the academy league? I too think we should try everything to stick with the manager but Aussie as you say he doesn't seem to be capable of turning it around which is strange as the very reason he got the job was on impressing AR on how he would have turned around some of our previous losses. TC will not be leaving until the end of the season, the goal is play offs, but monk didn't make play offs and was allowed to continue, it wouldn't be financially sensible to sack a good manager. TC will stay, more good players will come, and Leeds will go up, one day.

I'll take that bet, Aus? How much we talking? £100 say TC is our manager post Christmas. Would be confident in saying by end of Jan we will be top 4
