Nigel Adkins poised to become Reading manager. (tv)

Believable72 Unbelievable7

Good luck to him, he will need it!

Agree0 Disagree0

Come on GFH you need to get McDermott in fast before he's snapped up aswell. {Ed013's Note - We do need s decent Physio}

Strange decision for me, at face value it seems they have almost replaced like for like in terms of ability and philosophy. Anyway we move on to the next option. The one thing I feel about GFH is that if they are to stay in charge and that is very debatable! they must realise as an investment bank, they need to maximise that investment or speculate to accumulate. This means they will have to appoint a quality manager and support the team with or without further investment. I have no problem with us not getting Adkins, presumably he either wasn't interested in us or we weren't interested in him.

Agree1 Disagree0

Warnock will stay in charge. another disappointment/lie for all associated with LUFC.

if they are planning on selling 51% of the club then what's the point in gfh signing a new manager and then the new majority shareholders wanting someone else and having to pay compo to get rid.

Agree0 Disagree0

If new manager doing a good job, why would any new owner want to replace them

Agree0 Disagree0

Does any non deluded fan think any decent manager will want any thing to do with Leeds at the moment, come on no money and you will have to sell Bayram or lees in the summer to balance a nearly bankrupt Gfh.

tv - advising their sources say Adkins to be new Reading Manager- TBH who in their right mind would want to come to ER when all this farce is going on with GFH?

Believable61 Unbelievable5

Total mess bates in the background allegedly owns the ground gfh are not in for the long run and are trying to flog part of the club already, i'm not going to er until things are sorted

Agree0 Disagree0

My thoughts exactly. I'm writing this season off and spending no more. 'No direction'. 'No juice'

Agree0 Disagree0

That's right, self before team!

Jermaine Beckford to return to Leeds this summer

Believable23 Unbelievable109

Change the record mate.

Agree2 Disagree0

Not this old rumour again! Why would we buy him. He has had an awful season

Hes out of contract in the summer so nice and free

Agree0 Disagree0

Get over it, move on.

Agree0 Disagree0

Not good enough

Agree0 Disagree0

Ye maybe Becchio will reunite and fire us to the premier league?

Agree0 Disagree0

If you rate a striker properly he is without doubt the best at this level stop having a go at beckford

Agree1 Disagree0

We don't want him, he is past it his best.
He has been rubbish since leaving Leeds

Agree0 Disagree1

'If you rate a striker properly' How do you rate a Championship Striker properly then? Personally I look at his record of 57 games in the Championship and a return of 12 goals. I don't understand how you can say he is the best at this level!

Agree0 Disagree1

Give the lad a break he says he's moving to leeds he never said hell be good

Agree0 Disagree1

If he's on a free, it will be worth a shot?

Agree1 Disagree0

How many games did he start out of 57, he also scored 10 for everton coming off the bench in the premier, if you think beckford is rubbish, you do not know your team

Agree0 Disagree0

Guys Beckford is a good league 1 striker, he is lazy and could not hit a cows arse with a banjo. If we think he is the future then we are accepting another few seasons in the lower league. Beckford is history so move on.

Agree0 Disagree0

We don't need a striker really, we need a manager to stop persisting with this 1 up top garbage, mccormack and morison would make a good partnership and varney, somma, diouf as backup

in RM+SM both get their fair share, 1 is a runner and feeder in ross and the other a lazy goal poacher morison (the key word being goal).

in this division we need a playmaker a cheeky loan for jonjo shelvey or barkley again would be money better spent

poleon to be recalled from loan at sheffeild utd to be used as striker instead of morison new beckford I think let's hope so

Believable18 Unbelievable54

I will believe it when I see it. Anyone stupid enough to lend him to Sheff Utd to start off with (especially when we needed a striker ourself) is probably too stupid to realise where a possible answer to our OWN problem lies.

I hope you are right but I won''t be holding my breath!

Agree3 Disagree0

Seems highly unlikely that we swap our top scorer for Morison who Warnocks calls a complete striker, then Warnock drops him and replaces him with a kid who has not scored for Sheffield and Neil Warnock had questioned Poleon's work ethic and approach to the game, saying that he risked his career 'fizzling out' if he didn't change his attitude
This will not happen

Agree1 Disagree0

Get him back at once. I'll go and pick him up myself!

Agree1 Disagree0

"Neil Warnock had questioned Poleon's work ethic and approach to the game, saying that he risked his career 'fizzling out' if he didn't change his attitude"

Ah, so Warnock has already started the bad PR about Poleon then.

. no doubt he'll be gone next season if Warnock is still around!

Personally I'd rather have Poleon in the team that Warnock running it!

Agree2 Disagree1

"Ah, so Warnock has already started the bad PR about Poleon then. "

No, he in fact stated that last year. A little bit of research goes a long way.

Agree1 Disagree1

He hasn't started the bad PR. He said that ages ago

Agree0 Disagree0

Morison hasn't been dropped I spoke to him at the huddersfield match an he's injured won't be back till ipswich game hence to why he pulled out of the wales squad MoT

WHITE STAR WHITES

Agree0 Disagree0

Has warlock questioned morisons work ethic!
