Noel Hunt is expected the leave in the summer.

Believable150 Unbelievable20

I can't see him walking away from his massive contract and who would buy a forward who does not score goals

Agree2 Disagree0

Did he ever arrive?

Agree2 Disagree0

God I can't believe he's on 25k a week and has not scored 1 single goal, that is just appalling. Hope he and the rest of McDonuts rubbish goes, no passion and no bloody hope.

Agree2 Disagree0

Ah well, never mind.

Agree3 Disagree1

Who's going to want him?

Agree3 Disagree0

Does any 1 know how long his contract is for?

Agree1 Disagree0

It's not Hunt's fault he gets 25k a week. He has just accepted what's been offered. It's the fault of those who offered him such a ridiculous pay packet.
We need to move him on. (If someone will take him of course.)
Let's get some real quality in!
Come on Cellino, clear the deadwood and take us back to where we belong!

MOT

Agree4 Disagree0

I can't understand why footballers can't be finished on capability? For example, if you are a poor performing teacher or mechanic you can be dismissed on capability, why can't you dismiss a football striker who cannot score?

Agree2 Disagree0

That's living in an ideal world I'm afraid Pablo football and the contracts are so different from the real world. I do feel for the guy though because he is a good pro and wants to score and play well for us its not like he's sulking like some do

Agree2 Disagree1

Did nt know he had been here

Agree1 Disagree0

Hunts rumoured 25k a week came from white leeds radio interview with cellino who got a lot of facts wrong because he also said cost us 1.8 Mill it's Kebe on 25 k a week with a1.8 mil buy fee though hunt is on at least 17k and tbh we can't sell him all we can do is pay him off

Agree3 Disagree1

Over his dead body I think you'll find. He is desperate to put things right and on nowhere near the sum reported by a tired and emotional Massimo.

Agree0 Disagree1

Doesn't matter what he is earning he has done nothing this season.

we need him out of here and the wages freed up for someone who does give a rubbish, rather than sitting at home on nearly a million quid a year.

This is the reason will not be here next season.

Agree1 Disagree0

"Over his dead body I think you'll find. He is desperate to put things right and on nowhere near the sum reported by a tired and emotional Massimo"

Total crap, he has done nothing all season and I can't see him handing his wages back in whatever he is on?

Sooner he is gone the better. Even if he is on ONLY 17K a week it's still over three quarters of a million pounds a year!

How can anyone justify that wage bill for someone who hasn't scored a single goal?

Agree1 Disagree0

For that aquisition alone bmd should be shown the door, not least kebe, stewart, to name two more

cellino was seen in a hotel Norwich this week holding talks with Bradley Johnson and his agent. Would be a great signing if we get him.

Believable17 Unbelievable139

Yawn. There's nothing more embarrassing than some of our fans begging for Bradley Johnson to be re-signed. What exactly made him in standout in the Championship last time?

Agree7 Disagree1

I doubt he even knows where Norwich is.

Agree3 Disagree0

Hope not think we should not start signing ex players, after all they deserted us didn't they

Agree5 Disagree0

Didn't rate him that highly when we had him last time. Think we could do better then him tbh

Agree3 Disagree1

Norwich having Leeds's old midfield and possibly being relegated this season tells me thing about our old players
NOT GOOD ENOUGH

There's one Ggod player player who went to Norwich and I'd take back in a breath, Snodgrass!

Agree6 Disagree0

Wow massimo been a busy chap since arriving back in leeds Wednesday Ben meeting Parkin signing chicks meeting bard Johnson maybe snods andn how's on was there too

Agree1 Disagree1

Meeting Delia to understand how to make Yorkshire Puddings!

Agree1 Disagree0

Still rate beckford as one of four, snodgrass, howson, johnson if we still had these plus gradel we might be in the premier league with grayson as manager

Brown to be offered yet another season

Believable57 Unbelievable90

Why not! Not pretty but reliable!

Agree6 Disagree1

Would be good if his legs hold out. He has been consistent in every game he has played this season and puts a lot of his team mates to shame. We are much more solid in the middle when he plays. Interestingly we have played better when Tonge and Brown have played especially as they are usully talked down by the fans. Far better at this moment in time than Murphy and Mowatt.

Agree6 Disagree1

Why? It will just be another waste of wages when he spends most of next season on the sidelines after we've brought in better. Yes he's played well the last few games, but he was only a stopgap signing when we had Bates in charge. Surely we have more ambition than this?

According to the Daily Snail. Carbone set become manager. did anyone see that coming?

Believable44 Unbelievable73

{Ed013's Note - Or head of the academy}

Highly rated as up and coming manager very good player i'm a yes give him a chance can't be any worse of what we got already

Agree1 Disagree1

It could be an exciting move. He has done well in his early management career

Agree1 Disagree1

The Daily Fail gets everything wrong.

Agree1 Disagree0

If it says that in the snail then it is totally untrue and won't ever happen.

All the snail care about is filling it's middle pages with royal photos, and the rest with total garbage and lies, yet again.

Agree0 Disagree0

Rubbish newspaper in 'Random Italian linked to Leeds job' shocker

Agree1 Disagree0

Up and coming exciting erm had 1 good season coaching under 19s took over main team and saved em from relegation got sacked following season when rooted to bottom of Italian third tear football currently coaching mid table 4th their Italian football yup get him in

Carbone to take over youth set up. Expect redders to take up first team coaching role and unsurprisingly cellino with be saying ciao to bmd very shortly. MOT

Believable60 Unbelievable24

Think its more likely that Carbone is here for the first team coach's position, soon to be made vacant. For all those who say we'll never get someone to fill a coaches role because who would want to be less than a manager, I say we'll find someone who is used to operating that way and there are plenty of them just not the big names Leeds fans think we deserve.

Agree1 Disagree1

As in, Benito Carbone, former Bradford man who I do recall scored some absolute belters. against us. Won't hold that against him. Terrific player, he was.

Italian friend has told me that his family in Italy have heard that Massimo Cellino has been in contact with David O'Leary regarding LUFC Managership.
Anybody else heard this?
What a team, Massimo and O'Leary, hope it is true!

Believable9 Unbelievable114

{Ed013's Note - I think your Italian friend is pulling your plonker}

Really bloody hope not!

What's wrong with people. O'Dreary, the man whose head cannot fit in his own office and who squandered the golden millions, replaced Gray at the height of achievement and then wrote about how it all went wrong. Utter failure elsewhere demonstartes all you need to know about his managerial ability.

Agree0 Disagree0

He didn't do all that badly at Villa. although he did spend a fortune and get nowhere, that's not really any different from any other Villa manager of the Premiership era.
