How the hell do you or anyone else know what bates has done or not done with regard to the takeover: It's confidential, everyone including LUST is guessing.
I'm no lover of Mr Bates but im sick of the crap on here about the takeover. When it happens or doesn't we will be told officially until then we wait patiently.
Most important thing is to get 100 % behind the team and NW, I hope there are no more Bates Out stupid rants, it doesn't affect him. does no good for the team and doesn't encourage any new prospective buyer.
LUST do not speak for me, I appreciate they are Leeds fans but their modus operandi seems to be to antagonise Mr Bates. How do they or anybody else know that Bates has moved the goalposts? Answer they don't know they're just adding 2 and 2 and making 5. MOT Ron

I don't think he has the pace to play wide right any more.in behide a striker is his main role, we are desperate for a winger with pace.

consortium reps spent all last week trying to get the deal done , but have returned back to Dubai on Sat morning without success. They were expected to go to the peterbrough game , but as business starts on sunday in dubai they are trying to salvage the takeover and propose Bates new demands to the prospective owners. David Haigh received his LUFC poster board today for his office, so they are still hopeful of the deal. busy week david , get bates out now

IF (and this is a big if with a capital I) the prospective new buyers put money into the club before purchase, why would they pull out or let KB have the money for free ?
Aswell as all the money spent due diligenge and all the rest that goes with it which costs money too ??
It's bull this rumour! ALL IF IT

It'll never happen, he's no interest in selling Leeds, he might bring in more proxy's or dilute his holdings, but he ain't leaving unless an Abramovich style takeover is in the offing, and that won't happen.

"Stephen Hunt may be allowed to leave for free", from Sky transfer clockwatch. Bates if u let us sign one more player this window please let it be him as he could fill the winger spot easy
Believable12

If it's for free, then i think it will be due to the size of his wage. Which i don't see us matching. Good player though.

If the takeover falls through this is believable. The club is already facing cash-flow issues must find that £3-4m legal bill over the Levi case. When you don't have money you sell yours assets
Agree1

P*ss off why would we sell this seasons top scorer
Agree1
Disagree0
Lol we will never sell becchio n if we did you mugs wouldnt b getting him, pathetic, u have holt who is the same kind of player who kept you up last season so why the hell would u even b wanting becchio u person. without holt you would b down in the champ so dnt get 2 big 4 your own boots lol, 5,0 to fulham, 1,1 to qpr lol your coming down n them 3 mugs howson, johnson and snoddy will move on as they only interested in money :)
Agree0
Disagree0
Wot a load of b******* about becchio. The court case thing is believable. A stupid argument between two pensioners has cost a few million quid. Wot a farce. Bates is losing his grip on Leeds and needs to swallow his pride and sell up for the GOOD of lufc
Agree0

Nonsense !
DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS POST !

Bates took the money from Snodgrass. We have no money. If there is an offer I believe Bates would take the money. Leeds have a 4 million legal bill. There is no money in the club and we are in financial problems.
Agree0

Even if it was true which it isn't 2 million your having a laugh I would say 5-6 million at least

Dont talk stupid.any leeds player going to norwich must be thick as ****.Leave our players alone, hes doing g8 here.

Bates did take some of the snodgrass money to fight the court battle V the west yorks cops and yes we won but we had our costs to pay.
