Well MC has agreed to sell to Leeds Fans United! All those wanting him gone have their wish but I for one would prefer someone with cash than a group of people with far less disposable cash and probably no experience of running a club!
No room for sanctimony, it could well be our downfall.
I'm genuinely worried now if this happens.

As a minority share it's a great idea but a majority share seems ambitious at best. We still need a multi millionaire to head take charge.

On a plus if this is true a big thank you to cellino. I know he has been dificult at times but this would demonstrate, in spite his negatives he wants the best for the club.

Maybe leeds fans united is a stalking horse to get the club away from MC before a wealthy owner (Red Bull for example) takes over. This would make more sense as I can't imagine LFC have the resources to move the club forward.

LFC have always had their own agenda and unless they have a major backer they need to step away.

Leeds Fans Utd have apparently bought a majority stake in the club 👍 👍
Could this be the beginning of Cellino's end!

How can that be good news? a group of fans who probably don't have the funds required to buy the players we need and probably no idea of running a football club!
Definitely not thumbs up in my opinion, we need a buyer with money and an ego to succeed.

Ed can you tell me about this group and how would they have the money to buy a majority share surely this would take months to sort out mot.

{Ed013's Note - I am not sure they do have the money, well they didn't a while back and were a long way off buying GFH out for 10 million. If Cellino is to sell to them I just hope and pray that inside there is a footballing person that knows how to run the club, someone like Adam Pearson. You can buy shares for £100}

Cellino is quoted in several papers saying he's thinking of wrapping in his ownership of Leeds United.
He doesn't feel loved by the fans!
I don't know whether to laugh or cry 😢 😢.

Come on most of know he should have left a while ago, it's him who is unsettling our club.

He's a drama queen looking for sympathy and to draw attention to his self as he wants to be centre of attention again instead of putting Leeds first. It's allways all about him.

I hate to sound optimistic as it doesn't feel right at the moment but I really think last night was a watershed moment. I have looked across other sites and Twitter and the emotions displayed from resignation to hatred are at a level I have never seen before even during the Bates era and the morning after 7-3, 6-4 and 5-0 home defeats.

Cellino is above all a business man and his business model is not working and he will have to bail out. So here's hoping and keep the faith. Remember a number of years ago Sunderland were rock bottom before Christmas but with the appointment of a charismatic young manager - a certain Mr Keane, achieved promotion. So.

Yes Cellino is a businessman and rationally he ought to decide to cut and run but he keeps on keeping on with erratic decision making, a complete absence of any man management skills and no discernible capacity to learn from past mistakes. Remember the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome .

By the way, you're not suggesting appointing Roy Keane are you? ;)

I am not sure why there is such a sense of surprise at this latest debacle. It has been an accident waiting to happen. First of all, until Belusci decided his heart was no longer with the club it was Bamba and him that were the best centre half combination. Although he had his mad moments there were very few games when they conceded two or more goals and still is. There were mainly clean sheets or a single goals conceded.

When Cooper joined Bamba it was usually two or more. Cooper looks to be getting better and does ok if there is an aerial battle. The same applies to Bamba but teams passing the ball with pace just cuts through them without much trouble. That's why Belusci and Bamba were better. Belusci managed to sweep up or cut out the bits left by Bamba. Cooper is hopeless at defending anyone running at him with the ball. The problem now is we only have Bamba, Cooper and Wooten. Belusci unfortunately seems to have left the club mentally and cannot really be trusted to do a job. Wooten I have little time for and Bamba is suspended and is error prone when he plays anyway.

Fans have talked up our young mid field. They are not the finished article by any means and playing Cook out of position on the left doesn't help. At least two additions are needed there to support the one or two youngstets that the coach thinks should play.

Wood is no better than Morison and in a number of ways worse. Certainly not a a three million pound striker. He has scored but his goal tally looks better than it should because of the penalties. The goal keeper has his faults but he is not the worst of our problems.

Given the state of the club and the owner I can't think of a decent, honest and talented player who would want to come to leeds at the moment. What top mangaer would want to come either? I can't think of any.
Relegation is a real threat and will happen unless there is a complete change of ownership and management where money is made available from, as far as possible, an owner who is basically honest and who has the best interests of the club at heart. Can't see it happening soon.

To end on a positive, Berardi, Botaka looked ok particulary Berardi and Cook would be fine playing in the right position. The rest I wouldn't pay in washers Even Antenucci seems to have lost his eye for goal. Missed a couple recently which he normally would have taken with ease. Can't remember seeing a worse display from the team as a whole. So not ending on a positive. Can't wait for Cardiff!

There are at the moment 3 combinations we can play:

Cooper and Bamba
Belusci and Bamba
Cooper and Belusci

Belusci for me doesn't have sufficient pace and that is why he was originally removed from the starting line up.

There is no doubt in my mind that we aren't sure what to do in the midfield. Take a yellow card and get aggressive is the only way. Then players get nervous of having the ball.

Good points form Thurs - Beradi, Botaka, Doukara, Mowatt

Bad - you can't say anyone stood out as a good player.
