I can't personally verify this but my mate says as well as overseeing 3 football league administrations Sean Harvey was Chief Executive of Scarborough when they were wound up.

Your mate is very close to the truth.
Harvey who is from Pudsey I believe and as a very young man worked with Geoffrey Richmond who owned Scarborough,Bradford City and then was involved at Leeds United through his sons employment as a director and then went on to the FL it is alleged.
