Pinocchio Cellino will probably give it the " I'm going to buy the stadium " along with the sale of cook. As he did last year with the sale of McCormack. And the year before when he was taking over from whoever owned us.

I am sure cellino wants Elland road back it's just if we get it back there will be no getting rid of ghf that's the problem club would be worth twice as much so cellino will have to buy 100% and ghf will then own 25% for nothing that's the issue.

How would moving your assets from players to buildings make the club worth more, if you sell £15 million of players and purchase £15 million of buildings the asset value of the club would be the same. It would though reduce the overheads of the club by saving rent. Also Leeds is a company and Cellino is a share holder like anyone else, of which there appears to be many and Cellino I think owns less than GFH. He just appears to have the largest mouth. I'm sick of his excuses, he's either buying the ground like he says or he's just the latest in our sadly long line of owners etc who promise the earth and sadly fail to come up with it.

Building worth more because when you buy it you own when you buy player you have him for 5years and how can cellino be major shareholder and chairman and own less than gfh?

Anyone can be the Chairman, I thought Elonora Sports were the largest shareholder which was owned by his family, I really can't keep up.
Dear Santa, please bring me a new owner of Leeds, just the one, preferably without some offshore company listings, owned by subsidiary companies registered in Switzerland.
You have to envy Bradford, there owner is Ambromovic but at least you know it.

He'll most probobly tell us it's for wages as he's spent so much cash at the club, excluding the pie tax.

Cellino has 7% in his name, rest in eleanora, family run which was set up for the purpose of buying leeds I believe. If they buy ER the value of the club increases which means GFH get richer. If the land around ER is developed, I think that's the long term plan, then club worth even more. Players are an asset but their value changes every year so not a constant. Only way forward is if someone pays over the odds for GFH shares to get rid.

Elenora sports set up by Massimo named after his daughter his family are named as shareholders but really he is top dog and like him or not this guy saved Leeds from going bust again we owe him a lot.

£8m lol, he can't even get in our team so who'd be daft enough to pay that?!

Can't understand where the figure £8m comes from? Kieran Trippier was by far the best full back in the league the other season and he only went for £3.5 Sam hasn't even been the best full back in our squad for the past 2 seasons and is nearing the end of his contract so can't see it being anywhere near £8m - we'll be lucky to get half that unfortunately.

Wexleeds, we owe him nothing, Leeds city council saved Leeds in the past, do we still owe them, Ken bates saved us do we still owe him.
You may be right perhaps he is the new messiah, however we have had quite a few so I'm not holding my breath!

And m - we owe none of these previous owners anything, they're all business men who invested in the hope of profit.
Except perhaps Leeds Council who saved Leeds with a 2 million loan.
On Ken Bates - he did save us though at what cost, I guess the clubs still paying.

The gfh excuse is rubbish. What's to stop mc buying Elland Road and putting it within another company structure which gfh has no shares.

Wex - Leeds city council did save Leeds United in the past with a loan of £2 million. The purchase of Peter Barnes and the following seasons relegation put Leeds on the brink.
