Reckon we need to show warnock a little dignity here. he's had enormous success over the years and was probably promised a lot more support from bates and then gfh, than he actually got. If he stays or goes this season its fine by me. I just hope whoever replaces him is given a better chance of succeeding.

I think Warnock has to go. His team choice is nearly always wrong. Sundays game white down the wing (he's not a winger and never will be) I would of left Warnock out of the team.
Then leaving morison on the bench was another mistake.
I feel Warnock is past it now.
I would get new manager in now while there is still a small chance of getting to playoffs but tell the new manager pressure is off and his job is to stay up making life easy removing nerves.

3.) 18 Feb 2013
To the first post, I am totally with you on that! You buy to what budget you get given and unfortunately for some unknown reason after selling our best player ( Snoddy ) he was given very little.
The chants from some of our moronic supporters were unbeleivable! Our beef is not with him, its our friend Mr Bates and the boys at the helm.
I really do hope there is a plan going on that we are not aware of! PS apart from the few people our support was immense yesterday!
LUFC KEK

4.) 18 Feb 2013
All season long we ( As LUFC fans ) have been subjected to absolutely awful to watch, hoof it & chase it football - That my friends IS Warnocks fault.

You could put up with paying your hard earned to watch this awful style of football IF we were actually winning games and up at the top of the league.

If ( Due to the lack of money ) we must be a side with ambition no better than mid table mediocrity, then at least make the football pleasing on the eye and worth watching.

Keep going like this and the crowds will struggle to get above 10k before long!

Mr Warnock : You are not wanted at our club - Please go - NOW!

5.) 18 Feb 2013
I did, but no more. The guy really is clueless. Irrespective of if we have money or not, I honestly believe I could put a better first 11 out there. hall would be on the wing, Poleon would be up front, drop McCormack back 10 yards and allow him freedom to roam. Habibbou used as the target man for Poleon. Bring back Thompson from loan, play Ashdowne more frequently. Etc, etc.

The crime for me is that he hasn't tried these things already.

6.) 18 Feb 2013
Quite simple, if the fans continue to stay away then the team will dwindle away. Have to get behind the team and manager. it shocks me how quickly we have given up on our team and manager. shocking.

7.) 18 Feb 2013
I know everyone is entitled to an opinion but if you can't see Warnock is part of the problem at our club you're deluded. Poor signings, poor team selection, bad decisions on the pitch, stubbornness and arrogance. Good managers can get teams to challenge in this division without money - Norwich, Southampton, Swansea etc through energy and organization. Bye bye Warnock. Rob W.

8.) 18 Feb 2013
You can't judge GFH yet. Give them a summer at the very least. You realistically can't achieve anything in less than 2 years with new owners, let alone 2 months.

9.) 18 Feb 2013
Respect?! He got 7 promotions in 30 years of management, most of them at lower league lel, (Simon Grayson has 3 promotions to his name in just 6 years of management). We have lost another year by indulging Warnock's ego. Is Leeds United run for his benefit? Part of any manager's job is to be persuasive with the board, he has failed emphatically to be effective in the transfer market in two windows and with something like 1. 3 points per game since he took over, is statistically one of the worst managers the club has ever had. Part of the demise of our club is the passive acceptance by fans of what we get and that will continue to be exploited by our 'investors'. Warnock should go now and a younger manager with a clear vision for the short and mid term future brought in, though with the type of owner/'investors' we attract, particularly while Ken Batesis is still around, I suspect this will not happen and that our suffering and ridicule will continue.

10.) 18 Feb 2013
Original poster, Yes we probably do!
We also need GFH to come clean with us.
Have they got the money, not just to run the club, make a profit by all means, but also invest with some big money signings.
Speculate to accumulate. Season over now, let's build for next season, tell the fans what you (GFH) are going to do. Keep us fans up to date with news. because if you do not, you'll make a massive loss & your share holders will not like that. Come on GFH make LUFC great again, You can only win!!

Fingers are being pointed at the wrong place. Neil Warnock has done well to keep the ship afloat during a hugely destructive take-over. Both sides, GFH & Bates are to blame for taking so long.

There is more going on in the background than we will ever know. The charm offensive put on by GFH was so sickly sweet it could make you vomit. No substance towards team strengthening at all. We could do without being told anything, so long as we can see the team getting stronger.

True thoughts on Warnock in terms of poistives and negatives from a genuine home and away fan:

Positives first: 1. Straight talking, 2. Superb promotion experience, 3. Met him and comes across as a decent genuine bloke

Negatives: 1. Terrible style of football, not enough shots on target and poor if any use of subs, 2. Arrogant from the touch line with travelling fans and it gets up our noses, 3. Not honest enough with fans about performances and too often deflects poor performance on refs, 4. Lost the fans and you just can't do that, whoever you are (His manner at Barnsley was the worst away; Boro away wasnt clever either when he sarcastically clapped us all when we pointed out it was time to try a sub) 5. And I do not blame him for number 5, he got mugged by Bates and it appears by GFH. but jury still out on them until Summer transfer dealings.

Summary - I imagine as a bloke in a pub he would be a bloke you would like, but in the role at Leeds he just has not delivered. Go now with a little dignity and accept this was one job too many. I also admire and believe his statement that he would help Leeds in any way he can from now till end of season. Good luck in retirement but to reiterate this job did not come off Neil. thanks for trying. From a Genuine Leeds fan who probably speaks for most

Sorry to argue with some of those who think we've been ONLY playing hoof it football, but some of the goals we have scored have been quality. The one against Chelsea was top notch. Funny though, both players involved are no longer with us. Mr Warnock is a great man motivator - the two cup runs are proof of that - and if all he can afford are the Brown's of this world, then that's all he can work with. We have proved that in any given 90 minutes we are a match to some Premier League clubs. The problem is consistency and if he believes Brown is more consistent than Barclay, then that's why he plays him. The worry I have is that are we looking at a future without Lees and Byram and Poleon. If so, we know what kind of club we have going forward, and that's a club that's NOT going forward. Who will I blame, then - not the manager. cnvsb

It's funny that someone said Southampton have spent nothing, Jack Cork 750k, Rickie Lambert 1m, Schneiderlin 1.2m, Fonte 1.2m, Kelvin Davis 2m, Richardson 450k, Fox 2m

Yeah they've spent nothing, fair play to adkins he's worked a miracle given that he's only spent 10m+ on his team to get promoted.

15.) 18 Feb 2013
Will you all stop falling out! Simply put we need to see the back off Warnock. We need a manager that can produce a team that can play the football we as Leeds fans deserve, teams like Revie, Wilkinson and O'Leary built. MOT

I agree warnock has got the point and by what's been said GFH has too so what good is bullying warnock going to do! fair enough ge the point across but put just think how you would feel with thousands of fans singing you out, I think he took it well I don't think I would have been able to take it. so leave off now I think he's said he will go, now its down to GFH!

17.) 18 Feb 2013
Why is everyone pitying Warnock? He has wasted what little money we have had to spend. Look at the players HE has bought and doesn't play for whatever reason Hall, Drury, Pearse and recently Tongue money that could have paid for Chris Woods wages or any other decent player that 'was just too expensive' for us. Not only that but he signs a fantastic young prospect in Barkley but insists on playing him out of position , if at all. Yes his previous record has been very good but that was then not at a time when he is looking to retire, he had passion then , now it's just a final wage packet. Thanks but no thanks Neil. You pick the team, you play them out of position and its you that has wasted the megre transfer budget.

18.) 18 Feb 2013
Barclay was a loan player from Everton and he played him in a free midfield role his position his loan period was up and for some reason chose not to re-new as a newspaper said if you sell your best players you will not win anything think we have proved that
