How about giving some of our younger players more a chance, we've already seen it work with byram so why not give Dawson and poleon a chance to impress

Absolutely agree. Shame about Somma, think he could have been a serious asset.
I work with a Reading season ticker holder. BMD built his reputation by spotting young talent with in the ranks or players from League 1 and lower and bringing them through. Consider the likes that Reading have sold on in recent years. Long, Kitson, Sidwell.
As I am convinced that GFH, have no money. BMD could do a lot worse than give the youngsters ago he can influence them to play his way. Get rid of all of Warnocks dross. Give the likes of Dawson, Thompson, Poleon a chance.

And what if they don't cut it! Byram has had an amazing season if all youth players did that well most players would be retiring before they turned thirty! We need to bring in a few good quality players and introduce the youth throughout the season and in cup games.
