Darko was criticised for second half performances Redfearn is no better. He has never been good at substitutions. Again missed the boat today when we needed freshening up then, as with previous brings a player on and plays him out of position. Silvestrie has cost us again if had been Kenny there would have been uproar. He might have kept us in games earlier in the season looks fragile as does Bianchi who started the season very well. Doukara keeps scoring but can't hold the ball up. Adryan can only play 60 minutes.Still no real width, In addition there is no leader in the team. We have youth but no real balance. I've never been a fan of Redfearn. Didn't like him in his first spell, thought he got lucky in the second. Now the luck isn't there neither are the results. Think MC has got it horribly wrong with the manager/coach situation. We needed a good strong manager but we won't get one for all sorts of reasons and Redfearn is probably the best coach we will get in the current climate which is worrying. Still need at least three good players. One striker, one midfielder to control and guide and a centre half who can go steadily through a game without making too many howlers. All three of our present lot can play well but make silly mistakes that usually lead to goals. Cooper has done on more than one occasion in his few outings, Pearce and Bellusci the same. I hope I am wrong but if Redfearn can't turn it round we are in relegation land. Can't see where the points are going to come from before Christmas. Its not that we have lost today its about one win in ten and no decent second half performances for a long time. Again I hope I'm wrong but I don't thnk so.

The foreign players Cellino as brought in are just not good enough him buying players in Italy with his sidekick may work but not in the Championship, if we do go down who does he blame? it's not the manager fault he's been badly advised several times since his takeover with some of his bizarre decisions, like I've said before staying in this league will count as a success this season

2.) 22 Nov 2014
I do remember posting that Redfern never achieved anything in all his previous incarnations as caretaker manager, why should he suddenly become our saviour now?

3.) 23 Nov 2014
I agree Hesslian, Redfearn is outdated in the use of substitutes. Changes are not made until we are losing a grip of the game and then they are generally like for like swops without any tactical adjustments.

If we was at the start of the season how many people would of had Neil as head coach
I think people would of choose Gibbs the old assistant over him
But now he is are saviour??
He has a reputation in lower league of getting people relegated
The young lads been brought through now are the product of Richard naylor he made the youth team tick the last couple of seasons

Unfortunately because of head coach recruitment mess made by Cellino, Redfearn is the only viable choice for the role. However his experience at this level (being in charge) is limited and therefore he will make mistakes. It is how he learns from these mistakes that will dictate which division we play in next season

6.) 23 Nov 2014
Sorry but the foreign players have prevented us being bottom. Silvestri has won us several games, Antenucci and Doukara have scored 12 between them, Bianchi is an improvement on last season. Nonsense

So Bellusci and Beradi haven't cost us any points? SMitchell8
