what would be worse? to finish seventh or to lose in the playoff final?

To finish 7th as it means we probably didn't beat burton or Wigan. No1 remembers who finish 7th nor do many remember play off finalists but for next season I believe we could encourage more players to stay or join if we was to be play off finalist as opposed to 7th placed losers :)
