Let us not forget Brian McDermott's scouting ability. He's been doing it for years and has oodles of experience. In BM we trust.
I also remember the 'in Warnock we trust' comments although I have a lot more respect for mcd and a lot more confidence everyone seems to get a little too excited too early

Anyone else think John Guidetti on loan from Man City would be a good move? Not going to get a game in the firsts and scored 20 goals in 23 games with 8 assists when he was with Feyernord on loan. Would be perfect for everyone.
Would be a massive loan signing! The lad's got everything - and would have played regularly for any PL team - exept the top six!

For anyone who was hoping Billy Sharp was going to join in the summer, think again. He's signed for Accrington Stanley on loan for the season.
