We're not famous anymore...
I wonder how many Leeds fans go on other clubs' forums as opposed to others coming on ours. My gut feeling is a higher number coming on ours.
Whether it's gloating about a defeat, giving it the "You're not a big club anymore" -spiel or slating our players, the fact is they're on here, thinking about us and not their own clubs.
It's a great feeling :-)

Would everyone get off nunez's back! He should be partnered with Keogh up front frankly, he is deadly. Take the goals at Doncaster, you think those come from a Leeds United fringe player? He did sh*te on the wing because that's not where he plays and Simon took no notice if that and now many of the fans want him sold. He is the most technically gifted player we have! So get off his back and back him so he gets the games he deserves! mot

Is this another post saying Grayson is out of his depth in tactical management?

Just looked through the many posts and I can't see anyone having a go at Nunez. Apart from the one below about mike grella. A talented player is one that can play competently in multiple roles around their preferred position.
Gradel was more a winger, but could play in a striker role when needed and did this aptly. Nunez should be the same, he has been given the opportunities and on occasion done well, however I think he lacks a bit of vision, and is final ball is questionable. Maybe with time who knows

Grayson needs to see that he shouldn't be classes as a midfielder, in fact Keogh is probably more suited to being a midfielder than Nunez. What I don't understand is that Nunez ripped teams apart in pre season playing in his preferred position. And grayson decides that it would be a good idea to take him out of that position and put him on the wing that was more suited to Gradel. This isn't saying Grayson is out of his depth, it's just questioning whether it's down to favouritism because it's not tactically clever of grayson to make that stupid decision.

He did - he did OK against lower league teams but struggled against better teams in the league. Shades of Nunez....

in response to the posts about attendances at elland road being down ive looked at the figures for the eight home games weve played this season compared to last season and the difference per game is only down 339.after eight games this season a total of 181828 fans have watched leeds compared to 203038 last season and the reson for the change is last season we played the blades with over 33000 tuning up.if you also factor in the recession travel costs and bates stupid pricing policy were not doing bad, the gate against cardiff last week was poor because people are not going to pay premiership prices when its free on sky.maybe bates is starting to get the message because tickets for millwall are category b and im sure last season it was a category a game, weve got some decent fixtures coming next year and if leeds get there act together i reckon well get an average attendance close to last season....keep the faith

I think you are right to compare just the home games, that's where the important figure is. There is no accounting for away fans, or for our fans ability to get to their grounds? Last season we were in a lower league and when we played away it might have attracted more home supporters to their grounds?

We was not in a lower league last season sorry for being pickey

Sad isn't it! No football so we spend time analysing attendance. Even sadder is I found this interesting. Wish next match was sooner!!

If you divide 8 games into 181828 it averages 22,728 per game, and 8 games into 203038 it averages 25,379 per game. i make that 2,651 down per match.
