Leeds have reportedly turned down an offer to loan Saiz out to a Spanish club next season, preferring a permanent move. Getafe have decided not to take up the offer of signing him permanently after he made little impression during his loan last season.

TTIAO, actually agree with you. Added to the stories about alleged game fixing in Spain. Saiz just didn’t really fit. One of the big challenges for the season will be selling him for a good price! If we can get 6 million for him, isn’t that the loan budget covered in one go or close. Valencia is the key, if they really want him, they have the rewards of Champions league to collect. Have to say it surprises me after his lack his of impact for Getafe. For me that says it all. He got his own way, was back in Spain, near Madrid, had a great chance and couldn’t or wouldn’t take it when the alternative could be being back in Leeds.

Unfortunately clubs probably know hat we don’t want him back so they can haggle the price or we will accept a lan at the last minute!
