Watched the Luton game last night on telly and that is the type of team who we will get beaten by, they will bully us . We literally have no height or presence at all, especially since Janson has gone .

Trouble with this 5-4 nonsense is we have to play well every week which we won’t to score past us you won’t need to play well just hit a long ball

Can see poor teams like Luton beating us. Leeds getting beaten by poor teams . where have I seen this before?

Mighty Quite right. Luton manager said something after the game very pertinent. A lesson for Bielsa. He said in the Championship it's not about "general play", it's about "fine margins". He went on to give examples such as blocks, tackles, defending set pieces and not missing your chances. Gayle and a quality central defender would revolutionize our team. Top 2 virtually guaranteed but without such acquisitions we may just be very pretty on the eye fluffing our scoring opportunities and conceding at the back. What I don't like about Bielsa is he seemingly fails to take into account how other teams play against us. Admittedly, we'll see more of the ball but if our opponent only sees say 35% to 40% of the ball it's still enough to hurt us if they play that physical style. KP can't stop everything. As for the quality central defender, if Nolan doesn't come off I'd take a look at Scott McKenna.
