Reports coming in that we've bid for Bowen. Offer of loan fee of £3m with an obligation to buy at an additional £12m. So for Aus and others that's £15m all in. Hull believed to want an extra £4m so parties not too far apart. Get er done Victoria. Would be a fantastic signing and my first choice.

Graham Smyth has come out and said it ain't happening. Apparantly Hull want full payment up front and we just ain't in a position to do it. Pity because he would be class. Adams is a No from southampton, Gray is a NO from Watford and Sharp is staying at Sheffield Utd. I hate to say it but Vydra may be only realistic option available. Leeds might not want to deal with him after last summer though.

2.) 16 Jan 2020 20:22:42
Bowen would be one that has enough quality to stay if and when we go up.

3.) 16 Jan 2020 21:04:57
Resale value is there so not a financial risk.
Do we have FFP room to buy now?
If so give us the money QSI and let's just get this done.

4.) 16 Jan 2020 21:19:56
Not happening. Derby and Weds both in trouble with FFP and obviously EFL are starting to enforce the rules now with Derby being official declared to be in breach and facing sanctions. Angus and Radz have that now to back uo the lack of investment. They won't break the bank for a January signing.

5.) 16 Jan 2020 22:39:05
Isn’t his contract up in the summer? If so, (and I’ve been wrong before) , the £3mill, plus £12mill might be the best offer they get?

6.) 17 Jan 2020 01:37:35
Checked your addition sum out on the calculator George and you are right.

7.) 17 Jan 2020 08:37:56
I’m afraid I just can’t see it happening . Not structured like that .

8.) 17 Jan 2020 13:15:11
Hull have the option to exercise an additional 12 months contract at the end of this season.

So what will probably happen is Hull with exercise this and then sell him in the summer when he has 12 months left on contract and not 6.

LUFC reportedly interested in signing Ivan Lepinijica, £4m rated Croatian defensive midfielder. Fat Frank also interested.

Leif Davis reportedly signs contract extension with LUFC 💛💙 until 2023.

1.) 12 Nov 2019 12:02:59
Deserved, and he looks good every time he comes on!

2.) 13 Nov 2019 21:59:00
He looks like he could be the best of a good bunch coming through. Tidy on the ball, fast and knows how to defend.

30 Sep 2019 23:07:00
Luke Ayling has apparently signed a new 4 year deal with LUFC.

GeorgeIntegrityWhitebread

1.) 01 Oct 2019 06:25:00
Should get about 12 months out of him then.

2.) 01 Oct 2019 08:25:00
Good player on his day, needs to stay injury free. Glad he has signed up again.

3.) 01 Oct 2019 10:17:07
Agreed Mezzer only problem is most of his days are on the physio, s table.

4.) 01 Oct 2019 13:30:58
Good player at this level but it was a no brainer really. Would only go to another championship club if he did not sign and he is settled here with his family, guess Barnsley did not appeal to him lol.

First off to brother Wex who criticized Paddy persistently and I defended him. Today you were right and I was wrong. I knew he'd miss. When that type of negative anticipation sets in and three seconds later you're proven right it's not good. His miss derails our season. Immediate corrective action necessary.

Here's George recommend. Free of charge to the misfiring management which is ROB. You only have ONE way out, more of a way through as I see it. If you care about the club and fans you'll do it. I understand your fears and concerns regarding FFP so without further ado here's my recommendation.

Sell KP now. He's going to miss a few games anyway. From all accounts, McCalmont ready to fill void. Use the money to buy Bowen. I'm sure once he's transfer listed, hawked or whatever Villa or someone in PL will come in for him. You won't get the £40m you want because everyone will suss what you doing. You'll get £23m or thereabouts for him. You immediately buy Bowen. Give Hull the £19m they want right away.

ROB, it's the only play you have left. There's a "play on words" for you Berm. There's a lot of intelligence on this site. Management should pay heed because the strategy is failing.

1.) 18 Jan 2020 15:43:21
George as I have said an awful long time, there's a reason why Patrick's had more clubs than Phil Mickelson.

16 Jan 2020 18:24:23
Under George's VAR inspired type rules, it means we should already technically be in the PL. Means that Derby and Villa combined also owe us £177m for wrongful and illegitimate prevention. Derby for FFP cheating and Villa for being obnoxious who should've played to whistle and we did nothing wrong. Get Bowen in now!

GeorgeIntegrityWhitebread

1.) 16 Jan 2020 18:37:10
George agreed in full mate.

2.) 16 Jan 2020 20:32:33
Derby are getting their dues now, Georgie! Hopefully Villa will too, when they come down!

13 Jan 2020 13:30:01
Seems to be Dan James 2.0. There are eerie similarities.

Both forward players with Championship goals in them. Dan 3 letters. Che 3 letters. James 5 letters. Adams 5 letters. A, m and s in both last names. Swansea begins with S. So does Southampton. Reports of a mid-window agreement as well as a mid-window block. Loan fee up front with £10m obligation to purchase back end. Orta and Radz again running the show. Sound familiar? Only things left are a medical, presumptive photograph and a coincidental mobile phone outage on the south coast last day of January.

Looking like Bazooka will remain clothed whilst I'll have to be tracked down (along with Bige) .

1.) 13 Jan 2020 13:45:59
You really need to get out of your bedroom more Georgy!

2.) 13 Jan 2020 14:16:04
Much as I enjoy you being wrong Georgey on most things, I was hoping you could have at least have got this one right.

3.) 13 Jan 2020 14:24:20
So I was right again Georgèy but sadly that. thanks to the Uber incompetence of the Leeds hierarchy
from last summer window onwards) it means Leeds are forked
# one striker.

Unusual tweet from KP. How would the Joker have put it? #verypoorchoiceofwords.

GeorgeIntegrityWhitebread

1.) 12 Jan 2020 15:07:22
Why do you say that G? Which words were poorly chosen?

2.) 12 Jan 2020 15:38:25
Alf He said "it", referencing a rumoured tunnel bust-up with Casilla, was "no big deal" and didn't happen. Problem is losing at home to a Yorkshire rival is a big deal to us fans.

3.) 12 Jan 2020 16:24:08
Either it's no big deal or it didn't happen. Can't really be both.

4.) 12 Jan 2020 19:30:01
Want the no big deal referring to the match result?

11 Jan 2020 17:04:08
Buy Bowen Now!

GeorgeIntegrityWhitebread

1.) 11 Jan 2020 17:15:24
Adams on loan and Buy Bowen! BUT! AR won't get either.

2.) 11 Jan 2020 17:51:39
No chance with either.

Hess Sadly, a very good and accurate post by you. Our senior players need to step up, take responsibility and score goals. Thinking of Paddy, Jacky, Mateuszy and Pabloy.

Whitey Had the Gooners been doing a little better in the league and not had to terminate Dick we probably would have nevertheless retained Eddie despite his substitute role. Radz should not be blamed for what's going on at the Emirates. He is trying to get a striker in.

Bazookoid When it counts, my predos are deadly. Ask a former poster called Bige. By the end of the calendar year, Berm shall also be most humble. Accordingly, I do believe you'll be parading yourself. Remember. Pictures and video or it didn't happen. As for my forfeit if I'm wrong, parading is your forfeit. You'll have to think of something else and more suitable for me especially as I have to wear bicycle clips to make sure I don't frighten the sheep population in the Lake District 😂.

Mezz Those players cost big bucks. The weakest player in our first team on performance this season is probably Costa and he going to costa £15m. Finding players good enough to shove a current player out of the 18 matchday squad will not be cheap. When you reach the summit of the Championship after nearly 30 games you tend to have good players worth money so acquiring even better ain't going to be cheap. I stand by my predo. Che Adams will arrive before the end of January.

DML I identified this as a solution long ago. Our failure to implement is why Eddie is recalled. Playing such formation at home would have seen Eddie playing time double which would've pleased his permanent employers. It's all fallen apart now. No way out unless my recommendation adopted. Ruthless on the sacrificial lamb but that's what life and business all about. Arsenal were ruthless with us over Eddie. We need to be ruthless with ourselves. George recommendation in next 2 weeks or season over and Bielsa train derailed and all that work for nowt.
