Rumour has it as stated below. Farke wanted Hamer or Lubi. AO was the cheaper version way down the list.
Nothing against AO at all.
But little trouble hear. Farke saying that he told them 6 months ago what he needed and now showing slight unhappiness with the business done.

Rumours Farke not happy With not getting a 10 and Hamer in particular. He Wasn't sure if we couldn't afford him or just reluctant to pay. As I said before 13 was either a naive or intentionally insulting offer. Let's not forget raph was annoyed with what he was sold to us for. So likely Hamer was less than impressed with our offer.

Don't think it will be Hamer although he's probably the best choice. Cost more than Utd want to pay. Price may go up if Portuguese sniffing around rumour true.
Sallai offers more options across the front and we're relatively well stocked with midfielders and others who can play there at a push.

Don't think Farke is anywhere close to being sacked and he shouldn't be now. Overall he's doing well. Just some niggling issues but at this point it is what it is. No manager is perfect. I'm happy for him to be in charge with us doing well atm. Our out of possession work is probably the best in the league tbh and we are starting to look dangerous most games now.

I think our league position and points tally are purely down to individual player errors and a shocking piece of Leeds hating referee bias. Aaronson already candidate for championship miss of the season in first game against Portsmouth, Joseph’s howler of a miss against Burnley, and the penalty that wasn’t awarded.
I know it would have had to have been scored, and obviously meslier’s unbelievable mistake against Sunderland on Friday. I also think he should have made a better fist of saving Sargent’s penalty against Norwich. It wasn’t like it was right in the corner of the goal. It was that close to him, he could have thrown his bonnet on it.

I would expect city, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and weirdly enough Man U fans expect their teams to win every game. There is no reason why fans of top teams in any league shouldn't expect them to win every game. And fans can be critical of the reasons that didn't happen.
The point is as stated before, we should be top. We had an easy start. We have outplayed most teams but dropped so many points already. Maybe we will click into gear and start sweeping all aside. I hope so. Think sheff have the momentum and we simply have to stop that. Hamer was a must buy. He and that new loanee will get them up. Probably.
Let's hope for no more mistakes and silly subs. Let's hope they have all learnt their lessons. That's what it's about right. Learning. Improving. I included training routine and physios in that too. That's a lot to click but let's hope so.

Along the way every top club (and player) will have a mare but they pick themselves up, learn from it, dust themselves down and go again.

It sure if I was watching the same game as some on here last night I have to say it’s was a great game and apart from one or to missed tackles but a big improvement. If the keeper makes a miss judgement it will always stand out you make a mistake on the field on the field it doesn’t matter.
