Crew has gone to Doncaster.
Absolutely mad decision while we're struggling for a striker and AM.
I'm guessing there's a striker being signed on the sly?
1.) 15 Jan 2025 13:00:35
The thing is MOT its not as if any
other Champo club wanted to loan Charlie Crew . fact is he is only going to League 2 level ( his current level? )
No the true "mad decision " by Farkey lies in his continued selection of our cooked gk.
2.) 15 Jan 2025 13:45:10
Watch this space. Crew will walk that league.
3.) 15 Jan 2025 14:09:09
He probably will do MOT. albeit League 2.
4.) 16 Jan 2025 17:47:14
Crew not ready for the Champ yet. A loan is a good move for him.
14 Jan 2025 16:34:47
According to BBC:
Joffy to Hull and Bamford is being eyed-up by a few champo clubs, with Blackburn being the top name floated around.

Leeds turn down interest in Gnonto from a Saudi Arabian team.
1.) 13 Jan 2025 14:24:30
Which alleged team?
How much did they allegedly
offer in transfer fee?
{Ed001's Note - doesn't really matter which team as most of the league employs one man to deal with its development and transfers. You have to remember that a large chunk of the league is owned by one ownership group - PIF, the same group that owns Newcastle - so they aren't really a separate entity like other leagues.}
2.) 13 Jan 2025 14:46:58
Cheers Ed001 on info .
{Ed001's Note - very welcome, Michael Emanalo is the sporting director of the Saudi Pro League and basically he is the one picking the foreign players they buy throughout the league. It is a very strange set up.}
3.) 13 Jan 2025 16:50:24
I wonder how Gnonto feels? His heart isn't in it this season, we should have sold him. Put Schmidt on the wing if we needed another winger.
4.) 13 Jan 2025 16:43:43
Ed001 Can you send him an email blast about Patrick Bamford and his burning ambition to play in their country?
{Ed001's Note - I can certainly try.}
5.) 13 Jan 2025 21:21:58
Did we actually get any verified offers for Gnonto MOT? I can't recall.
6.) 14 Jan 2025 06:13:41
According to the BBC, Alf.
7.) 15 Jan 2025 12:27:12
Apparently Liverpool turned down £70m for Darwin Nunez from Saudi, that must mean we were offered £90m+ for Little Willy.
04 Nov 2024 15:10:24
Apparently Firpo and Rodon had a "heated exchange" at half time at the Plymouth match. Sounds both were annoyed at one another.
Any idea why?
1.) 06 Nov 2024 18:19:31
Players have disagreements. sure its been sorted.
2.) 09 Nov 2024 13:36:13
Won't be an issue today Baz. Next possible issue date the end of the month.
24 Sep 2024 07:47:50
Leeds rumoured to be interested in extending DJ's contract.
1.) 24 Sep 2024 09:34:41
They should.
2.) 27 Sep 2024 06:52:07
That would depend what league we are in and when it runs out. If it helps get a better price then def but if we get promoted. We should sell. But we won’t sell cause no other mug will pay what we did for him. So we either got write it off or keep him when we are in the prem for some reason.
3.) 01 Oct 2024 22:24:48
deservedly so.

Not to blame the ref, but this bias needs taking to task and dealing with.
13 incorrect calls that should have been red cards last season.
Countless now.
For me, the blatant bias was when they were awarded a goal kick when it came off of their defenders head, which sky even called out, and the ref time wasting in additional time by writing out a yellow card.
This same ref has been demoted from the premier league and I think he's one of the ones that has been taking back handers.
Sky, along with other interests, would rather keep Leeds in the championship it would seem.
1.) 09 Mar 2025 19:45:51
Nobody to blame today but ourselves. We had the chances to put the game out of sight and didn't take them. We got exactly what we deserved.
2.) 09 Mar 2025 19:49:07
Appointing a Mancunian to referee an important Leeds fixture equivalent in intelligence and ethics of making a war criminal Chair of the Hague.
3.) 09 Mar 2025 20:06:37
Agree mot.
Yes we was poor but other teams are poor and get the pen and win. Leeds get no chance and have to be great every game.
Pens, hand balls, red cards, even stupid things like corners or free kicks. It all adds up.
I’m
Not saying we wasn’t poor today we was poor but I am
Saying other teams would of got the win today, we didn’t. That’s the difference over the course of 46 games.
4.) 09 Mar 2025 20:16:18
NO GUTS NO GLORY! BUT, I have a strange feeling Someone will become a Leeds Hero with a Pablo like goal late in the season. Don't ask me why, I just see a Big twist in this promotion fight. Still believe Goal difference will be a deciding factor.
5.) 09 Mar 2025 20:57:57
Alf, we were poor, that's where the buck stops.
While bad refereeing happens, it seems that all too often we have decisions for against us.
Look at the Millwall game. They were kicking chunks out of us and we got handed yellow cards.
It's unacceptable.
6.) 09 Mar 2025 21:11:29
Agree Burma step forward Sam Bryam goal machine! I’m all honestly seeing Bryam score the goal that takes us up would make me smile. then whoever scores it I’ll probably be fairly happy.
7.) 10 Mar 2025 10:10:34
Agree Alf, that blame firmly lands at the feet of those in the shirt yesterday, but that ref was shambolic. Utterly disgraceful at times. You can only beat what’s put infront of you, they say, but yesterday that included the ref, who needs a ban.
8.) 10 Mar 2025 11:32:56
Seems that they punish crap Premiership refs by offloading them into the Championship.
Send them back or ban them because we don’t won’t that rubbish.
9.) 10 Mar 2025 17:22:08
Yep…. indeed OP. They should however be off to Rwanda League!
09 Mar 2025 15:51:48
We can't win them all. Early kickoff to an opponent on the other side of the country with a squad mentally and physically knackered.
What happens up until the international break doesn't matter. What happens afterwards is where it counts.
Chin up, shoulders back, march on together.
1.) 09 Mar 2025 16:10:41
Love this mate mot.
2.) 09 Mar 2025 16:22:37
Dont agree that the squad are/ should be mentally and physically knackered; although rotating it would help . but its been 8 days since previous match
and pompey were down to their bare bones with so many players out injured
and there are significant points to win (or lose ) before the international break so that DOES matter!
3.) 09 Mar 2025 17:10:03
We're still top of the table, Baz. Piling on pressure never helps Leeds, we don't like it!
4.) 09 Mar 2025 18:13:43
Double love it motagain.
5.) 09 Mar 2025 18:56:16
Sheff Utd have in matches accrued 2 points more than Leeds.
01 Mar 2025 17:48:17
In another season, that would have been a big loss, possibly 1-3 or 1-4.
We were knackered after giving it our all for bigger games, plus the 12:30 kick off time, it is what it is. Take the point, onwards and upwards.
1.) 01 Mar 2025 17:55:11
Fat frank moving in one to watch.
28 Feb 2025 19:55:00
Player of the season: Leeds fans.
When the chips are down for other teams, the fans bail. Bramall lane was empty, as was the stadium of light by the 80th minute.
Look at Elland road when we were down Vs Sunderland, or even drawing 1-1, the place was packed to the rafters with fans. Even against Leicester last year, it was chocka
To the old heads: when was the last time you saw Elland road empty out before the final whistle?
1.) 28 Feb 2025 22:41:39
Player who f the year leeds fans? The negative lot giving mes stick, questioning farke and singing an ex managers name?
Not for me, it’s a passionate fan base but personally I question a lot of leeds fans and find a lot of them entitled when compared to say palace fans.
2.) 28 Feb 2025 23:10:34
MOT During a Simod Cup fixture.
3.) 01 Mar 2025 02:13:58
LUFC player of the year 2025
1st Danny ' DJ ' James
2nd AO Tanaka
3rd Joe Rodon
The LUFC fans definitely the vital 12th home and away.
4.) 01 Mar 2025 05:40:56
Think 3 games to go would be time to discuss player of the season. Lots of games to go for a late push for the prize.
5.) 01 Mar 2025 07:33:10
Berm get that chip off your shoulder mate opinions don’t make you a bad fan. ?♂️.
6.) 01 Mar 2025 07:38:59
The obvious players that come to mind of course will be James, Tanaka, Solomon and Rodon but two players for me also have been instrumental to our success this season but don’t get mentioned a lot are Piroe and Firpo.
I think when it’s difficult to choose one particular player over any other it’s because the whole team has played with such intense unity that it’s not just one player but the entire squad that deserves the award.
This is where the true version of All Leeds Ar’nt We has it’s real meaning.
I’m not sure of late I could apply that to all the Leeds fans on this forum sadly.
7.) 01 Mar 2025 09:12:01
White so You are saying having an opinion doesn’t make you a bad fan while telling me my opinion is having a chip on
My shoulder?
Having sn opinion is fine, the stick and lack of support the board, mez and farke have had from some us not only misguided but outrageous in my opinion. I think that’s fair.
8.) 01 Mar 2025 09:31:28
Most of the squad has contributed very well sure
And there have been 10 players who have had very good to excellent seasons.
However Player of Season has always been a one player award.
9.) 01 Mar 2025 09:36:16
Great post MOT, not sure how many actually read it or wanted to respond without manipulating their responses, to fit their own predetermined agendas sadly.
I wonder how many of those that criticise attended as many games as our die hard fan base, I know I haven’t, but I’m always in awe of the level of commitment and support of our team especially in so many away games where Sly Sports have invariably moved the original kick off to another ridiculous day/ time.
And they certainly have paid and earned the right to vocalise their views and opinions, far more than many of us on here, who simply write our views and opinions.
But you are absolutely right MOT, we have the greatest support who can physically lift this team home and away and you are correct to propose they are that extra player when the team needs it most, and have certainly been the most consistent over many, many seasons now.
They make a massive difference to our team.
10.) 01 Mar 2025 10:08:14
Will be a tough call indeed opti. Many contenders.
11.) 01 Mar 2025 11:39:08
MOTagain just to balance things up I am not sure the Leeds United HOME fans were that great though in the EPL Relegation season 2022/ 23
The Leeds team literally wilted in front of them most matches
Best Leeds crowds were imo in the 1990s.
12.) 01 Mar 2025 12:50:26
Leeds fans are passionate no doubt but being honest I don’t think they are near the best in the country. E r can be a fortress it can also be a poinsioned chalance.
Trouble with one city club is it becomes an echo chamber where all must follow the narrative or be shouted down. As a result e r can be amazing or awful depending on the current narrative.
As a Londoner I can be very proud of our fans like I was when we was in leauge one and our fans … true fans were amazing but at other times I do question the fan base in general.
13.) 01 Mar 2025 13:23:02
ER AWAY fans are the best imo
ER HOME fans less so .2022/ 23 ER crowd wasnt . Leeds ER crowds better in 1960s and 1990s imo.
14.) 01 Mar 2025 14:26:12
What Baz said.
15.) 01 Mar 2025 17:38:45
What baz said is kind of my point, leeds fans the best in 60s and 90s, that would suggest glory hunting fans and or fair weather fans. Personally I have never liked that.
The proudest I’ve ever been of leeds fans was in leauge one when we was rubbish but still brought more fans at home than juventus.
Anyone can support a good team but proper fans support a useless one.
16.) 01 Mar 2025 18:34:22
Berma in league one Leeds won a humungous amount of matches .
17.) 01 Mar 2025 18:44:33
Yes but we was third tier for a few years. Hardly glory is it and that what I love
Often said my fav years as a leeds fan were in
Leauge one. This year is possibly the best since we won the leauge for me and I was 8 years old then.
18.) 02 Mar 2025 08:24:37
The phrase chip on your shoulder refers to the practice seen in America during the 19 Century in which boys spoiling for a fight would palace actual chip of wood on there shoulders walking around belligerently daring others to knock the chip off that definitely you and Baz ??.
19.) 02 Mar 2025 09:12:35
100% whiteman
I will admit when someone annoys me or upsets me I do go out of my way to provoke them into a punch up. It’s not something that I am proud of just the way I was raised.
I don’t tolerate bullies and don’t torlerate people being rude to me.
{Ed001's Note - you do realise provoking someone just because they annoy you is bullying right?}
20.) 02 Mar 2025 11:36:19
No Ed it’s not, bullying is picking on someone who is weak and/ or different
If some one antagasise and you stand up for yourself and or others that’s bravery
Picking on a disabled man in a pub is coward bully… shutting out the loud drunk in the corner who is annoying everyone is a hero… I’m the latter.
{Ed001's Note - you really aren't. You and Baz are the same - the tedious loud drunk in the corner annoying everyone.}
26 Feb 2025 05:19:01
I think the Mes 'mistake' hurt Sheff utd more than it did Leeds or mes.
What's up, Wilder? Your team is so crap that you need your opponents to score for you? ?
Leeds : 4 goals
Sheff utd : 0 goals.
Oh dear.
1.) 26 Feb 2025 07:42:18
So the word mistake is wrong. Fact. Mistakesssssssss
Hull tells a different story.
Why is his clean sheets in top stats but nowhere to be seen for any other goalkeeping stat. No saves per 90 min. No penalty saves. On and on. Considering we top of the league and all.
Stop posting or defending him. He is supposedly a goalkeeper. He is supposed to save goals. That’s what he is paid for. Not help them in.
Over all this Mez crap. Some rate him some don’t. Please just stop mentioning his name. World will be a happier place.
But yeah. Sheff caved in. Run out of steam. Not fit enough and nowhere near the team spirit.
Just prefer not helping the opposition I suppose.
2.) 26 Feb 2025 09:07:58
have to agree Aus.
3.) 26 Feb 2025 10:48:54
He has the 4th best save % in the league I believe.
If we had Trafford or the like though we'd be promoted by now!
4.) 26 Feb 2025 11:29:27
Cost us 11 points mate. Over this mez crap. And opti saying he ok for prem. Man. Half this lot must be on drugs or blind.
5.) 26 Feb 2025 12:13:25
The only one (two) "mentioning" him, repeatedly, is you (and your friend)
6.) 26 Feb 2025 12:47:21
Both Aus.
7.) 26 Feb 2025 13:17:20
It was a tongue in cheek post mocking sheff utd, not a commentary on mes.
8.) 26 Feb 2025 13:44:35
Any stat on how many points meslier has saved for Leeds. Some crucial saves at points kept us in games with good saves a fair few times this season.
9.) 26 Feb 2025 14:14:35
Whicb games Wex? . you never specify.
10.) 26 Feb 2025 17:27:03
He doesn’t need to specify. His key, and quality saves far outweigh his errors.
Yes, there have been too many errors for anyone’s liking, but you can’t overlook the saves he continues to make.
22 Feb 2025 17:41:04
What are the chances he ends up at Rangers?
12 Feb 2025 09:03:49
Farke vindicated after last night? Resting the squad seemed to work like a charm.
09 Feb 2025 12:59:19
He's right, 1970. We did want to go through, we just didn't want to risk our players doing so.
There's an argument to be made that we should have bought more players if injury is such a concern, but that's by the by.
03 Feb 2025 21:33:36
Joseph's talent is shooting outside of the box and long range screamers, same as Gnonto. Get them both doing that and we add the last missing piece of our versatility puzzle.
Plus it will add a load of value onto both players worth.
03 Feb 2025 19:35:26
Rookie numbers. We can get that to 15 million by the summer.
09 Mar 2025 20:57:57
Alf, we were poor, that's where the buck stops.
While bad refereeing happens, it seems that all too often we have decisions for against us.
Look at the Millwall game. They were kicking chunks out of us and we got handed yellow cards.
It's unacceptable.
09 Mar 2025 20:56:05
Firpo as 10, Schmidt as LB. Schmidt is fast, clever and quick with his feet. It's absolutely criminal that he doesn't get more game time.
09 Mar 2025 17:10:03
We're still top of the table, Baz. Piling on pressure never helps Leeds, we don't like it!
08 Mar 2025 18:12:02
I'm expecting a drop of form or a loss of luck for both Burnley and sheff utd. It hasn't happened yet, but fingers crossed.
06 Mar 2025 14:09:49
We will finish six points clear at the top. We're riding high. 1 point from WBA is a good result.
Burnley are grinding it out and I wouldn't be shocked to see them in second. Sheff utd are lucky with rag-tag squad of individuals. They're due a drop in form, hopefully similar to Leeds last season.
