I don't think BMd a bad manager (his record at Reading was good so he keeps reminding us) but he's a bad manager for us. Underuse of squad overuse of players poor tactics and formations. So what's the reason for his problem - he can't hack the pressure which comes with a job as big as LUFC. Bigger fan base bigger stadium bigger city bigger history. He just can't take it mentally. Get rid. Bring in RDM.

Best manager we have had for years - calm collected and intelligent - give the man a chance - the problem with football today is 'expectations' - Revie Ferguson look at the patience they had - jumping managers does no good - stability will come under BMD - he just needs a better group of players - who are more committed mentally to the big games - getting a group together takes time MOT like Sparticus or go panic? - be calm and chill for the long run

Calm and collected? Says a beginning of week we needed to help Ross out then plays him up top on his own. Then says we can attract prem players when players are signing for Burnley and huddersfield rather than us. he's a lovely bloke but he's lost it get rid!

You are wrong. You used to be right buy not anymore. Look at the names you cited for examples. They are long gone. If we adopt the patient route, we decline maybe drop a league as weaker teams get stronger. Time to act is now. We need better players but probably also a better manager. Yes he does not have the personnel but that's no excuse for feeble tactics and formation. He will be sacked soon enough. You will see.

I don't think getting rid of him is the answer. Give him time to clear out all the dead wood & bring in his own then we can judge him. Granted, some of the signings he had made haven't paid off yet & the last few weeks the team performances have been awful. He's also made some terrible mistakes team & tactics wise but let's see if he learns from them before calling for him to be sacked.

Bad signings, bad selections, bad formations, no motivation, but yeah he's a nice bloke so let's stick with him!!??
