We still need a minimum of 4 in and to offload some of the tosh we still have.

We definitely need to help Ross out. Hearing a lot of people saying either Leon Clarke or Adam Le Fondre, how about both?

Then we need a leader in centre mid, someone of the David Batty role, someone who is happy to protect our defence all game rather than trying to be everywhere, as of yet I don't know who.

Finally we need to sort our defence out, I honestly thought Zaliukas was the answer, he came in and we looked solid, now last couple of games have been dreadful we are back to square one.

I always maintained through pre-season we should have tried signing Matthew Upson or Richard Dunne, and look how both of their clubs are performing!

Hopefully things will improve very soon though.

They need to improve soon or most will stop paying to see performances that bad. I fear the clock is ticking for BMD, really nice fellow but lacks the cutting edge for top management I fear.

What is wrong with some of the players that r to have been discarded. Paul Green was week after week one of the best performers but then dumped for some strange reason. We looked far better with Varney starting than some of the others; Norriss I thought was far better than some of those playing now. Instead of looking to get more loanees in or persevering with the same old dross let's look at what we already have at the club

Why do we think we should be getting promoted this year?
The board and management have said since they came in, that this was a 2-3 year plan.

We can't get rid of the dross because warlock "the crook", as Jason puncheon has labelled him, put them all on contracts that would ensure he got kick backs for putting them in the squad.

Hence 2-3 years, because realistically, we can't rebuild properly until the "un-ditchables" have gone.

We need to show a little more patience, and know that next year will be different.
